Dans le domaine de la boulangerie-confiserie, la Suisse sera repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par deux professionnelles, Juliana Th\u00f6ny et Vera Stocker, qui outre le m\u00e9tier, vont devoir apprendre ce qui va avec. L\u2019\u00e9quipe nationale SwissSkills a donc invit\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 un entra\u00eenement aux m\u00e9dias, en mars. Les deux repr\u00e9sentantes ont r\u00e9sum\u00e9 cette journ\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une nouvelle journ\u00e9e avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe nationale SwissSkills a eu lieu en mars. Nous y avons abord\u00e9 le th\u00e8me de notre conduite dans les m\u00e9dias et de nos apparitions en public, et avons re\u00e7u une formation sur les interviews, avec en point de mire le tournage d\u2019une vid\u00e9o \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-formation-avec-une-ancienne-presentatrice-de-srf\">Formation avec une ancienne pr\u00e9sentatrice de SRF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour commencer, Janine Geigele, une ancienne pr\u00e9sentatrice de SRF, nous a transmis ses pr\u00e9cieuses connaissances \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pr\u00e9sentation. En petits groupes, nous avons ensuite imm\u00e9diatement mis en pratique les conseils re\u00e7us sous forme de coaching. Une sc\u00e8ne d\u2019interview a \u00e9t\u00e9 reproduite int\u00e9gralement, avec tout ce que cela implique, \u00e0 savoir un cam\u00e9raman, un micro, et des candidats jouant les spectateurs en pr\u00eatant attention \u00e0 la posture, \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat du contenu formul\u00e9, au message principal et aux gros titres potentiels. Nous avons analys\u00e9 juste apr\u00e8s nos propres interviews sur grand \u00e9cran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-bonne-posture\">La bonne posture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 plus difficile qu\u2019il n\u2019y semblait. Les conseils professionnels nous expliquant comment remplacer les \u00abeuh\u00bb par de courtes pauses paraissent plus simples qu\u2019ils ne le sont. On a par ailleurs attir\u00e9 notre attention sur diff\u00e9rentes choses, telles que la bonne posture \u00e0 adopter, la position des mains \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier ou la forme \u00e0 donner \u00e0 nos r\u00e9ponses On nous a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 de porter les tenues SwissSkills lors des interviews, et de veiller \u00e0 ce que nos sponsors soient bien visibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant cette journ\u00e9e, nous avons aussi re\u00e7u des informations actualis\u00e9es sur les projets communs et \u00e9ch\u00e9ances \u00e0 venir ; des \u00e9changes avec nos deux physioth\u00e9rapeutes et notre entra\u00eenement mental \u00e9tant \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour finir, une vid\u00e9o int\u00e9grant une interview a \u00e9t\u00e9 tourn\u00e9e pour chacun des participants aux WorldSkills ; mettant en avant non seulement le drapeau suisse, mais aussi des objets repr\u00e9sentatifs de la vie quotidienne professionnelle respective de chacun d\u2019entre eux. Le kouglof et le lapin de P\u00e2ques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019honneur chez nous deux!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe est de plus en plus soud\u00e9e. Notre cri d\u2019\u00e9quipe, qui int\u00e8gre les quatre langues nationales, nous unit \u00e9galement.
