Sa passion pour le m\u00e9tier de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier est n\u00e9e le premier jour de sa premi\u00e8re semaine de stage ; et n\u2019est pas pr\u00e8s de s\u2019\u00e9teindre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m\u2019appelle Ameya Martinelli, je vis \u00e0 Zurich, j\u2019ai 18 ans et je suis en troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier. Au moment de chercher une place d\u2019apprentissage, je savais que je voulais apprendre un m\u00e9tier en lien avec l\u2019alimentation et la fabrication de produits cr\u00e9atifs, parce que je m\u2019\u00e9tais souvent attel\u00e9 \u00e0 la cuisine et \u00e0 la boulangerie avec mes parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entreprise-convoitee\">Entreprise convoit\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En passant en revue les offres de places d\u2019apprentissage, je me suis rendu compte que je n\u2019envisageais qu\u2019une seule entreprise, dans laquelle je voulais vraiment aller: la fondation St. Jakob! Pourquoi? Petit d\u00e9j\u00e0, j\u2019aimais passer du temps devant la fen\u00eatre de production et coller mon nez contre la vitre pour regarder \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. C\u2019\u00e9tait aussi la boulangerie dans laquelle j\u2019allais toujours acheter du pain et des croissants. Il \u00e9tait clair pour moi que je voulais \u00e9galement faire partie de l\u2019histoire de la fondation St. Jakob. J\u2019ai donc postul\u00e9 et d\u00e9croch\u00e9 une semaine de stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-passion-est-nee\">La passion est n\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette semaine-l\u00e0 a attis\u00e9 ma joie et mon amour du m\u00e9tier, et la flamme ne s\u2019est pas \u00e9teinte depuis. Mes sup\u00e9rieurs actuels ont \u00e9galement ressenti ma passion \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, et su qu\u2019ils voulaient m\u2019engager au bout de deux jours seulement. Ils m\u2019ont expliqu\u00e9 que c\u2019\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019ils se d\u00e9cidaient aussi rapidement. J\u2019ai re\u00e7u la confirmation d\u00e9finitive de mon engagement \u00e0 la fin de la semaine d\u2019essai. J\u2019en suis encore fier aujourd\u2019hui!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai ensuite commenc\u00e9 ma formation, et me suis de plus en plus int\u00e9ress\u00e9 au m\u00e9tier. Avec le temps et l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, mon savoir-faire s\u2019est affirm\u00e9. A cela s\u2019ajoute la diversit\u00e9, toujours de mise, tout au long de mon apprentissage. Des concours tels que Decorissima et Brot-Chef m\u2019ont permis de faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9cieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-bon-choix\">Le bon choix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019aime beaucoup pouvoir pr\u00e9senter aux gens un bon pain ou une succulente p\u00e2tisserie. L\u2019objectif est de marquer les esprits et d\u2019offrir une magnifique exp\u00e9rience pour les papilles. J\u2019aime mon m\u00e9tier et j\u2019ai vraiment fait le bon choix. Je ne suis encore jamais venu au travail en \u00e9tant \u00abgrinche\u00bb. Il faut exercer son m\u00e9tier avec plaisir et joie ; sinon, il vaut mieux en changer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019apprentissage passe malheureusement tr\u00e8s vite\u2026 J\u2019ai l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre entr\u00e9 dans la boulangerie pour la premi\u00e8re fois hier, d\u2019y travailler aujourd\u2019hui et de devoir la quitter demain d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour accueillir mon avenir \u00e0 bras ouverts.
