Laisser la gel\u00e9e refroidir \u00e0 environ 40\u202f\u00b0C avant de l\u2019utiliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cr\u00e8me au s\u00e9r\u00e9 orange (2000\u202fg)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>600\u202fg de s\u00e9r\u00e9 maigre<br>100\u202fg de sucre<br>15\u202fg de zeste d\u2019orange frais<br>15\u202fg de g\u00e9latine en poudre<br>70\u202fg de jus d\u2019orange<br>1200\u202fg de cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer le s\u00e9r\u00e9 maigre, le sucre et le zeste d\u2019orange, laisser gonfler la g\u00e9latine pendant 10\u202fminutes dans le jus d\u2019orange puis faire fondre au bain-marie \u00e0 45\u202f\u00b0C et ajouter. Incorporer la cr\u00e8me l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crumble miel et amande (783\u202fg)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>150\u202fg de beurre<br>200\u202fg de miel<br>230\u202fg de farine de froment 400<br>200\u202fg d\u2019amande blanche moulue<br>3\u202fg de muscade moulue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dient<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>50\u202fg de couverture fonc\u00e9e 54\u202f%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mousse aux baies des bois<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chauffer la pur\u00e9e de baies des bois, le jus de citron, le sucre et les \u0153ufs \u00e0 82\u202f\u00b0C et passer. Ajouter le beurre et mixer. Placer au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire fondre la g\u00e9latine et incorporer. M\u00e9langer le cottage cheese et la cr\u00e8me battue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crumble miel et amande<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tous les ingr\u00e9dients jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019une structure friable se forme.
