Energie, prix des produits, l\u00e9gislations et ordonnances nous obligent \u00e0 une vigilance accrue. Mais le march\u00e9 actuel met aussi une pression en la mati\u00e8re. Il est donc imp\u00e9ratif de regarder devant et non derri\u00e8re. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019inqui\u00e9ter de ce que font nos concurrents est un moyen de ne pas entrer dans le copi\u00e9-coll\u00e9 qui ne sert \u00e0 rien mais l\u2019observation pointue de ce qui est fait va nous ouvrir parfois les yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repenser n\u2019est pas douter de nos valeurs et de ce que nous sommes. C\u2019est simplement une nouvelle cl\u00e9 d\u2019ouverture pour ouvrir des sch\u00e9mas de compr\u00e9hension des habitudes de consommation et de trouver de nouvelles formes qui allient rationalit\u00e9, efficacit\u00e9 et qualit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La diversification des produits ne veut pas dire dispersion \u00e0 travers une gamme infinie mais bien par la gestion d\u2019une gamme faite de produits phare et d\u2019autres issus de l\u2019innovation afin de rendre captif la client\u00e8le. Le rapport entre le travail et la vente devient de plus en plus un imp\u00e9ratif afin de ne pas faire exploser les co\u00fbts et les charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans nos magasins, les \u00e9tals sont tr\u00e8s souvent garnis de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Il faut donc sortir de cette zone de confort et dans la mesure du possible faire tourner les emplacements des produits m\u00eame sur un pr\u00e9sentoir. Mettre en valeur les produits aussi en zone de caisse est un moyen de rendre certains achats impulsifs et surtout, entre parenth\u00e8ses, n\u2019ayez pas peur de mettre des produits en d\u00e9gustation.
