Elle a restructur\u00e9 son service en ao\u00fbt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Actuellement, nous avons m\u00eame une liste d\u2019attente de personnel qualifi\u00e9 potentiel dans la p\u00e2tisserie\u2009\u00bb, dit Manuela Schwab en souriant. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux en temps de grave p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e. Comment cela se fait-il\u2009? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt, l\u2019apprentie et les onze collaborateurs titulaires d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me professionnel d\u00e9cident eux-m\u00eames de l\u2019heure \u00e0 laquelle ils commencent \u00e0 travailler dans la p\u00e2tisserie, entre 5 et 9 heures. C\u2019est une nouveaut\u00e9 int\u00e9ressante. \u00ab\u2009Il n\u2019y a plus de bonnes ou de mauvaises heures de travail, seul subsiste le d\u00e9but du travail fix\u00e9 par les employ\u00e9s eux-m\u00eames\u2009\u00bb, explique la jeune femme de 43 ans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, le matin, tout le monde arrive repos\u00e9 sur le site de production de la Gewerbestrasse \u00e0 Bolligen. Les collaborateurs en forme sont plus efficaces. L\u2019ensemble des processus de production a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 dans le cadre de la restructuration, en visant toujours le maintien de la qualit\u00e9 et de la quantit\u00e9, voire leur optimisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-text-color\" style=\"color:#cc9933;font-size:24px;font-style:normal;font-weight:700\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab\u2009Actuellement, nous avons m\u00eame une liste d\u2019attente de personnel qualifi\u00e9 potentiel dans la p\u00e2tisserie\u2009\u00bb,<\/p><cite>Manuela Schwab<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-feu-sacre\">Feu sacr\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuela Schwab est responsable de la p\u00e2tisserie chez Reinhard AG depuis 2012. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s toutes ces ann\u00e9es, elle a toujours le feu sacr\u00e9 pour l\u2019entreprise et l\u2019ensemble du secteur. Coach form\u00e9e (Acad\u00e9mie PNL Suisse, jusqu\u2019au niveau trainer), formatrice d\u2019adultes et experte aux examens de fin d\u2019apprentissage CFC et AFP, elle a saisi l\u2019occasion des d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s actuellement dans le secteur pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir en profondeur \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de rendre son service plus attrayant. \u00ab\u2009Il est important pour moi de consulter directement les collaborateurs\u2009; plusieurs id\u00e9es valant mieux qu\u2019une.\u2009\u00bb Elle a donc demand\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de lui faire part de ses pr\u00e9occupations et d\u2019apporter de nouvelles id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-postes-et-nouveaux-processus-testes-en-juin\">Postes et nouveaux processus test\u00e9s en juin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une semaine de test en juin a permis de savoir si le nouveau concept \u00ab\u2009P\u00e2tisserie 2.0\u2009\u00bb \u00e9tait applicable dans la pratique. La mise en \u0153uvre est intervenue d\u00e8s le mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt. Manuela Schwab, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 qui l\u2019entreprise Reinhard forme \u00e0 nouveau des apprentis (boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers\/boulang\u00e8res-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8res) depuis 2016, retourne le compliment \u00e0 son chef. \u00ab\u2009L\u2019estime est grande ici, et je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante du soutien d\u2019Alexander Reinhard et de toute l\u2019entreprise, sans lequel toutes mes id\u00e9es n\u2019auraient pas servi \u00e0 grand-chose.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle sait d\u00e9j\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle va faire ensuite\u2009: \u00ab\u2009J\u2019aimerais introduire des formations internes comme autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment de la restructuration.
