Elle a fait partie de \u00ab Panissimo \u00bb par le pass\u00e9. Ce fut le cas \u00e0 partir du mois de juin, lorsqu\u2019Elina Laich a pris son cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9. Nous sommes heureux de pouvoir continuer \u00e0 compter sur sa collaboration apr\u00e8s le retour de Mme Laich \u00e0 60 %. Apr\u00e8s une maturit\u00e9 professionnelle ax\u00e9e notamment sur les denr\u00e9es alimentaires, il a \u00e9largi ses connaissances \u00e0 la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e bernoise.
