J&#8217;aurais aim\u00e9 \u00e9crire cette d\u00e9finition parfaite du pain, j&#8217;aimerais aussi savoir comment ce dernier est fabriqu\u00e9, mais en fait, je ne sais de lui que ce qu&#8217;il me fait ressentir: la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les sentiments que peut susciter une bouch\u00e9e de pain frais ont quelque chose d&#8217;extr\u00eamement romantique. La r\u00e9action imm\u00e9diate est&#8230; un sourire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pain est bon et vital tant de par l\u2019eau et la farine qui le composent&#8230; que de par la fantaisie du boulanger, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales qu&#8217;il choisit, les noix qu&#8217;il ajoute, la forme qu&#8217;il modifie, mais aussi son humeur, son temps, son histoire, son amour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfant, mais peut-\u00eatre quelqu&#8217;un peut-il encore en t\u00e9moigner aujourd&#8217;hui, c&#8217;\u00e9tait une grande satisfaction d&#8217;arracher le bout du pain avec les mains et d\u2019accuser du m\u00e9fait une souris pass\u00e9e par l\u00e0 (soit dit en passant plus friande de fromage que de pain!). Un jeu gourmand consistant \u00e0 faire semblant de ne rien savoir pour s\u2019emparer \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de l\u2019autre crotchon du m\u00eame pain.
