{"id":69387,"date":"2023-10-12T07:41:20","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T05:41:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=69387"},"modified":"2023-10-19T13:47:36","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T11:47:36","slug":"markus-waser-le-multitalent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/markus-waser-le-multitalent\/","title":{"rendered":"Markus Waser, le multitalent"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le Lucernois Markus Waser (38 ans) a remport\u00e9 le Concours Pralin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau-de-vie avec son pralin\u00e9 aux fruits sauvages \u00ab\u2009Nobile Estinto\u2009\u00bb, il y a un an et demi. \u00ab\u2009Panissimo\u2009\u00bb profite de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du concours pour lui rendre visite sur son lieu de travail, la confiserie Speck \u00e0 Zoug.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 16 heures, le calme revient lentement sur le site de production de la confiserie Speck, qui a ouvert ses portes au printemps 2022 dans la zone industrielle de Zoug. Quelques personnes sont encore assises autour d\u2019un caf\u00e9 et d\u2019un g\u00e2teau dans le caf\u00e9 attenant. Markus Waser entre dans la pi\u00e8ce, il a l\u2019air dynamique et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9but 2022, il a remport\u00e9 le concours de la BCS et de DistiSuisse, le Concours Pralin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau-de-vie, r\u00e9compensant le meilleur pralin\u00e9 aux fruits sauvages. \u00ab\u2009Superbe sensation en bouche\u2009\u00bb, \u00ab\u2009finale persistante\u2009\u00bb, a estim\u00e9 le jury, qui a \u00e9galement particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 la collaboration r\u00e9gionale avec la distillerie \u00ab\u2009Kirschstrasse Schweiz GmbH\u2009\u00bb et avec la ferme d\u2019o\u00f9 provenaient les cerises sauvages utilis\u00e9es pour la cr\u00e9ation \u00ab\u2009Nobile Estinto\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-amateur-de-chocolat-depuis-l-enfance\">Amateur de chocolat depuis l\u2019enfance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on lui demande s\u2019il mange lui-m\u00eame du chocolat, il r\u00e9pond sans h\u00e9siter\u2009: \u00ab\u2009J\u2019adore le chocolat\u2009! Je ne lui r\u00e9siste jamais\u2026 C\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 comme \u00e7a quand j\u2019\u00e9tais petit, des tablettes enti\u00e8res disparaissaient toujours.\u2009\u00bb Aujourd\u2019hui, il ne prend pas de petit d\u00e9jeuner, mais ne se refuse pas un peu de chocolat au petit matin. \u00ab\u2009Ce qui tra\u00eene de la veille dans le magasin atterrit souvent dans mon estomac vide.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papa de trois jeunes enfants, Ma\u00ebl (5 ans), Milly (3 ans) et Dylan (1 an), il est responsable de la production de la confiserie Speck\u2009; il y a pass\u00e9 de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et est donc tr\u00e8s li\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise. \u00ab\u2009Speck est une entreprise \u00e0 laquelle je suis tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, dit-il, \u00ab\u2009et je suis un peu pein\u00e9 d\u2019avoir d\u00fb r\u00e9duire mon temps de travail en raison de mon activit\u00e9 d\u2019enseignant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle et de mes \u00e9tudes \u00e0 la HEP.\u2009\u00bb Avec son \u00e9pouse Alexandra, il forme \u00e9galement une solide \u00e9quipe \u00e0 la maison\u2009; ils s\u2019occupent ensemble des enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/19_1_markus_waser_2-1024x608.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-69366\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/19_1_markus_waser_2-1024x608.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/19_1_markus_waser_2-768x456.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/19_1_markus_waser_2.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-petit-retour-sur-une-longue-carriere\">Petit retour sur une longue carri\u00e8re<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a d\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge su o\u00f9 le m\u00e8nerait son parcours professionnel\u2009: \u00ab\u2009En quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 visiter la boulangerie Brunner de notre village de Dierikon (LU), \u00e0 4 heures du matin, c\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019est n\u00e9e ma passion.\u2009\u00bb En cinqui\u00e8me et en sixi\u00e8me, c\u2019est dans cette m\u00eame boulangerie qu\u2019il a gagn\u00e9 ses premiers sous pendant les vacances, avant d\u2019y faire son apprentissage de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier en toute logique de 2001 \u00e0 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Markus Waser a rejoint l\u2019entreprise Speck pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2006, pour y suivre une formation compl\u00e9mentaire de confiseur. De retour en Suisse centrale depuis 2013, Markus Waser est rest\u00e9 fid\u00e8le \u00e0 Speck depuis lors. En tant que responsable de la production, il s\u2019est r\u00e9cemment beaucoup impliqu\u00e9 dans la planification et l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du nouveau site de production de l\u2019Industriestrasse. \u00ab\u2009L\u2019exp\u00e9rience acquise au cours de toutes ces ann\u00e9es est un grand avantage pour mon travail polyvalent. Mais ce dont je suis le plus fier, c\u2019est que beaucoup de nos collaboratrices et collaborateurs sont eux-m\u00eames ici depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-plus-grande-tourte-au-kirsch\">La plus grande tourte au kirsch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9but 2020, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de son 125e anniversaire, la confiserie Speck a fait sensation dans toute la Suisse avec la plus grande tourte au kirsch de Zoug. Pesant 241 kilogrammes, pour un diam\u00e8tre de plus de quatre m\u00e8tres, elle est entr\u00e9e dans le livre Guinness des records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Markus Waser n\u2019a pas encore d\u00e9cid\u00e9 s\u2019il participerait \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du concours du pralin\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019eau-de-vie en tant que tenant du titre. Par contre, il ne devrait pas tarder \u00e0 profiter du prix du vainqueur de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022, un cours de distillation pour lui et quelques coll\u00e8gues, \u00ab\u2009je m\u2019en r\u00e9jouis
