Nous la rencontrons sur son lieu de travail, \u00e0 la boulangerie Eichenberger de Langnau dans l\u2019Emmental.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesrin Barmaja (39 ans) semble un peu timide au premier abord lorsque, en sortant du fournil, elle prend place \u00e0 la table de r\u00e9union du bureau de son chef Johann Eichenberger. Ce que cette femme aux beaux yeux sombres a v\u00e9cu et accompli ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es est incroyable et m\u00e9rite le plus grand respect : en 2022, alors \u00e2g\u00e9e de 38 ans, elle a obtenu l\u2019attestation f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de formation professionnelle de \u00ab boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re- confiseuse AFP \u00bb en tant que meilleure du canton. \u00ab Elle \u00e9tait m\u00eame l\u2019une des meilleures de Suisse \u00bb, ajoute Johann Eichenberger en souriant. Et ce, malgr\u00e9 un lourd pass\u00e9. En 2013, la Syrienne a en effet d\u00fb fuir Alep, en Syrie, avec sa famille, en raison de la guerre civile. Cela montre combien elle est ouverte. Ce trait de caract\u00e8re a amen\u00e9 la boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle en est aujourd\u2019hui dans la vie. En 2013, sa famille s\u2019est d\u2019abord r\u00e9fugi\u00e9e en Turquie, o\u00f9 elle a v\u00e9cu six mois pr\u00e8s de la fronti\u00e8re syrienne. Gr\u00e2ce au fr\u00e8re de son mari, qui vivait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en Suisse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, Nesrin Barmaja et sa famille ont finalement pu entrer dans le pays par voie a\u00e9rienne avec des visas valables. Chez lui \u00e0 Alep, la deuxi\u00e8me ville de Syrie apr\u00e8s Damas, son mari a d\u00fb abandonner  son commerce, un grand coup du sort. Aujourd\u2019hui, il travaille dans l\u2019Emmental pour une entreprise ferroviaire. \u00ab Mes trois fr\u00e8res vivent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger \u00bb, raconte Nesrin Barmaja, deux au Canada, un au Liban. L\u2019une de ses soeurs est en Hollande, une autre \u00e0 Fribourg.
