{"id":68909,"date":"2023-09-27T13:33:55","date_gmt":"2023-09-27T11:33:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=68909"},"modified":"2023-09-27T13:58:46","modified_gmt":"2023-09-27T11:58:46","slug":"la-maison-des-boulangers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/la-maison-des-boulangers\/","title":{"rendered":"La Maison des boulangers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Lors de la derni\u00e8re assembl\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9es et d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) du 13\u202fjuin 2023, j\u2019ai demand\u00e9 que l\u2019immeuble abritant le secr\u00e9tariat central de la BCS \u00e0 Berne, la \u00ab\u2009B\u00e4ckerhaus\u2009\u00bb, ou \u00ab\u2009Maison des boulangers\u2009\u00bb en fran\u00e7ais, soit rebaptis\u00e9 dans un avenir proche.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2012, les associations de l\u2019\u00e9poque, l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers et l\u2019Union suisse des patrons p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs, ont fusionn\u00e9 pour former la BCS. Les confiseurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis \u00e0 bras ouverts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partout, nous nous sommes regroup\u00e9s, nous avons rebaptis\u00e9 des profils professionnels, r\u00e9uni des sections cantonales et cr\u00e9\u00e9 des associations r\u00e9gionales dans le but de repr\u00e9senter une profession, celle de boulanger-confiseur. M\u00eame les Bernois ont r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019associer. J\u2019esp\u00e8re que les Grisons les prendront en exemple et qu\u2019ils les imiteront bient\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et o\u00f9 s\u2019arr\u00eate cette \u00e9volution\u2009? Pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au si\u00e8ge de notre organisation \u00e0 Berne. En tant que chef des finances, je me dois de me rendre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 Berne \u2013 \u00e0 la \u00ab\u2009Maison des boulangers\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque fois que je monte les escaliers et que je lis l\u2019inscription, je me demande si elle est vraiment encore d\u2019actualit\u00e9\u2009? Cela ne m\u2019emp\u00eache heureusement pas de faire mon travail en toute neutralit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019esp\u00e8re toutefois pouvoir lire un jour durant mon mandat l\u2019adresse correcte, \u00e0 savoir \u00ab\u2009B\u00e4cker-Confiseur-Haus\u2009\u00bb ou \u00ab\u2009Maison des boulangers-confiseurs\u2009\u00bb en fran\u00e7ais, affich\u00e9e fi\u00e8rement en grand sur la fa\u00e7ade de l\u2019immeuble de la Seilerstrasse 9 \u00e0 Berne. L\u2018int\u00e9gration sera alors achev\u00e9e pour moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Avec les meilleures salutations<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
