J\u2019ai donc eu peur lorsqu\u2019en octobre\u202f2022, je me suis retrouv\u00e9 devant une porte close, l\u2019entreprise ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 reprise par la boulangerie Kleiner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai rapidement pris les choses en main et \u00e9crit au g\u00e9rant, Andreas Hopp, pour faire l\u2019\u00e9loge de la tartelette aux pommes. Ce dernier m\u2019a gentiment r\u00e9pondu qu\u2019il allait se pencher sur le sujet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans grand espoir, cet \u00e9pisode est sorti de ma m\u00e9moire. Quelques mois plus tard, j\u2019ai eu la surprise d\u2019\u00eatre contact\u00e9 par M. Hopp pour assister \u00e0 une d\u00e9gustation. Je me suis rendu avec joie au fournil pour donner mon avis sur la premi\u00e8re version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019histoire a pris de l\u2019ampleur, m\u00eame le \u00ab\u2009Tagesanzeiger\u2009\u00bb a voulu savoir ce qu\u2019il en \u00e9tait. Lors de la deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9gustation, le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s proche de l\u2019original. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement appris que la tartelette repr\u00e9sentait un r\u00e9el d\u00e9fi artisanal, car n\u00e9cessitant deux types de p\u00e2te diff\u00e9rents (p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau et p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tartelette aux pommes originale de Wiedikon (ZH) est sur les rayons depuis le printemps 2023. Elle se vend bien et j\u2019ai re\u00e7u des r\u00e9actions positives de beaucoup de gens. Je suis heureux que la boulangerie Kleiner se soit lanc\u00e9e dans cette aventure\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la meilleure, c\u2019est quand, invit\u00e9 chez des amis, la ma\u00eetresse de maison m\u2019a fi\u00e8rement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le dessert, en me disant qu\u2019elle avait d\u00e9couvert quelque chose de nouveau chez le boulanger, qu\u2019elle voulait absolument nous montrer\u2009: une tartelette aux pommes de Wiedikon.
