Au terme des cinq heures imparties, chaque table d\u2019exposition comportera\u2009: 2 sortes libres de mignardises, un entremets pour huit personnes et dix p\u00e2tisseries assorties, quatre sortes de bonbons chocolat, une sorte de bonbon chocolat \u00e0 base de liqueur d\u2019\u00e9corces d\u2019orange, une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 en chocolat et une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des professionnels et des repr\u00e9sentants de la gastronomie attribueront les notes.
