Les responsables de l\u2019association, en collaboration avec l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont, font d\u2019importants efforts pour lutter contre ce malaise, notamment avec une formation initiale et continue actualis\u00e9e et la campagne de promotion de la rel\u00e8ve qui conna\u00eet un grand succ\u00e8s au niveau national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail de base doit cependant \u00eatre fait dans chaque entreprise formatrice\u2009; \u00e0 commencer par les stages des apprentis potentiels. La premi\u00e8re impression compte. Or, il arrive malheureusement trop souvent que des candidatures d\u2019enfants pour des stages dans une boulangerie-confiserie restent sans r\u00e9ponse, orale ou \u00e9crite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelle image cela donne-t-il de l\u2019entreprise, du secteur, si cela se produit \u00e0 plusieurs reprises\u2009? De tels incidents ou n\u00e9gligences finissent \u00e9videmment par se savoir.
