Le bilan est tr\u00e8s positif\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La confiserie-caf\u00e9 Klaus, situ\u00e9e au centre de B\u00fclach, a pris cong\u00e9 de sa client\u00e8le le 12\u202fseptembre. Elle a rouvert ses portes un mois plus tard en tant que \u00ab\u2009Genussmanufaktur\u2009\u00bb, avec une nouvelle devise mettant en avant la cordialit\u00e9, la valorisation et l\u2019exception, et misant sur la durabilit\u00e9 (<a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/lieu-de-rencontre-et-dagrement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Article<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-historique\">Historique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet de transformation compl\u00e8te a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2021, durant la pand\u00e9mie. D\u00e8s la mi-septembre 2022, l\u2019entreprise est rest\u00e9e ferm\u00e9e pendant un mois pour cause de travaux de transformation. Et aujourd\u2019hui, le magasin a remplac\u00e9 le caf\u00e9 de 25 places, et l\u2019ancien espace de vente abrite l\u2019espace \u00ab\u2009chocolaterie show\u2009\u00bb. Les clients peuvent d\u00e9sormais assister en direct \u00e0 la production. client\u00e8le\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019exp\u00e9rience de la production de chocolat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La production de chocolat est d\u00e9sormais davantage mise en avant avec l\u2019espace \u00ab\u2009chocolaterie show\u2009\u00bb, qui permet de renforcer le lien, tout en valorisant davantage le produit. Mischa Klaus mise l\u00e0 aussi sur le relationnel. Il entretient un partenariat de longue date avec Carma.
