Quand les diff\u00e9rents pains sont bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, j\u2019ai l\u2019embarras du choix. Il devrait toujours en \u00eatre ainsi. Le pain est un aliment de base. Il devrait, \u00e0 mon avis, toujours \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 avec go\u00fbt, pour lui donner sa juste valeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il en va \u00e9videmment de m\u00eame pour la p\u00e2tisserie. La vari\u00e9t\u00e9, la pr\u00e9sentation et la fra\u00eecheur conf\u00e8rent un sentiment de soin et de professionnalisme. Surprendre la client\u00e8le avec des produits exclusifs qui se distinguent de ceux des grands distributeurs et consorts devrait \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9 pour les boulang\u00e8res-confiseuses et boulangers-confiseurs artisanaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais comment la client\u00e8le est-elle inform\u00e9e de l\u2019exclusivit\u00e9 et de la qualit\u00e9\u2009? Car, comme on le sait, le meilleur des pains et le plus exclusif des produits ne servent \u00e0 rien si la pr\u00e9sentation et les conseils ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Cette t\u00e2che importante incombe au personnel de vente form\u00e9 et inform\u00e9. Son expertise et ses conseils permettent non seulement de valoriser les produits, mais aussi d\u2019apporter une reconnaissance essentielle au travail des collaboratrices et collaborateurs de la production, tout en motivant la client\u00e8le \u00e0 faire des achats suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019aime partir en exploration pour d\u00e9guster des cr\u00e9ations jamais encore savour\u00e9es, tant dans les boulangeries que dans les confiseries. J\u2019aime d\u00e9couvrir des produits de qualit\u00e9 dans leur simplicit\u00e9, dans des combinaisons raffin\u00e9es.
