En fonction depuis novembre, la vice-directrice Justine Froidevaux de l\u2019association en charge de la formation a officiellement \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e aux membres et \u00e0 un large panel d\u2019invit\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">(<em>Sur la photo en haut: Christian Court, Yves Girard, Justine Froidevaux, Eric Vuissoz et Laurent Buet<\/em>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant l\u2019assembl\u00e9e statutaire, les membres des Artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs vaudois (ABPCV) ont \u00e9lu Eric Vuissoz au comit\u00e9 de direction. Pr\u00e9sident de la commission du championnat des apprentis depuis 2015, il a \u00e9galement occup\u00e9 un poste \u00e0 la Confr\u00e9rie des chevaliers du bon pain de 2019 \u00e0 2023. Le boulanger-p\u00e2tissier traiteur \u00e9tabli \u00e0 Sainte-Croix depuis 1999 remplace Christian Court. \u00ab&nbsp;Ce dernier ayant remis son entreprise de Chavornay (VD) durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e, il remet donc \u00e9galement son mandat au comit\u00e9\u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident Laurent Buet. M. Justine Froidevaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e le 1er novembre en tant que vice-directrice de la BCFV et en pr\u00e9vision d\u2019une succession. \u00ab&nbsp;La succession est surtout pr\u00e9vue pour la formation professionnelle.&nbsp; L\u2019autre partie du poste, nous verrons encore comment cela sera mis en place&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 M. Girard.
