Au terme de deux s\u00e9ries de taxation, la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie de Kim Naveira et d\u2019Anthony Coudray \u00e0 Vallorbe (VD) a remport\u00e9 le 1<sup>er<\/sup> prix. La comp\u00e9tition mise sur pied par la Confr\u00e9rie vaudoise des chevaliers du bon pain a rassembl\u00e9 une cinquantaine d\u2019artisans, majoritairement vaudois.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Tolochenaz (VD), L\u2019enKA est devenu le premier champion du monde de la fl\u00fbte au beurre. La sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 de Kim Naveira et Anthony Coudray \u00e9tait clairement au-dessus de celle des neuf autres finalistes, selon les confidences de plusieurs jur\u00e9s. La finesse et la friabilit\u00e9 de son feuilletage les ont particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e9duits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derri\u00e8re la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie de Vallorbe (VD) figurent la confiserie-tea-room Christian Boillat \u00e0 St-Prex (VD) et Chez S\u00e9verine et Luca \u00e0 Lausanne. Les deux \u00e9tablissements remportent une m\u00e9daille d\u2019or. Lors de son discours, S\u00e9verine Ev\u00e9quoz a salu\u00e9 l\u2019engagement des associations et des collectivit\u00e9s afin de valoriser un produit et les traditions. \u00ab&nbsp;Notre canton va bien, malgr\u00e9 ce qu\u2019on en pense. Il y a une folle \u00e9nergie, c\u2019est la preuve aujourd\u2019hui&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-du-canton-de-vaud-a-la-bourgogne\"><strong>Du canton de Vaud \u00e0 la Bourgogne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Organis\u00e9e par la Confr\u00e9rie vaudoise des chevaliers du bon pain, la comp\u00e9tition s\u2019adressait aux entreprises sectorielles qui produisent et commercialisent elles-m\u00eames leurs b\u00e2tonnets feuillet\u00e9s. Pour ce premier opus, les jur\u00e9s ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 53 \u00e9chantillons qui provenaient pour l\u2019essentiel du canton de Vaud, mais aussi d\u2019Argovie, du Tessin et m\u00eame de Bourgogne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9but juin, cinq professionnels en ont pr\u00e9s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 dix pour la phase finale du17 juin. A quelques heures de l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif au carnotzet de la Cave de la C\u00f4te, partenaire du mondial, cinq personnalit\u00e9s, dont la marraine de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement la conseill\u00e8re d\u2019Etat vaudoise Val\u00e9rie Dittli, ont rejoint le jury de boulangers-confiseurs. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9s pour avoir des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences universelles et pond\u00e9rer leurs taxations&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9, avant de poursuivre. \u00ab&nbsp;Vous pouvez avoir confiance en leurs r\u00e9sultats. Tous les experts ont pr\u00e9alablement pass\u00e9 un test pour savoir s\u2019ils \u00e9taient aptes \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les produits au niveau sensoriel. La mission est pleinement remplie et la prochaine \u00e9dition est pr\u00e9vue en 2025.
