Le membre de la direction du groupe L\u00e4derach (Ennenda \/ GL) a annonc\u00e9 sa d\u00e9mission pour le congr\u00e8s de cette ann\u00e9e.  \u00ab\u2009Panissimo\u2009\u00bb \u00e9voque avec lui son passage au CC et l\u2019avenir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du CC pendant quatre ans, vous quittez maintenant la sc\u00e8ne de l\u2019association. Comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu cette p\u00e9riode\u2009?<\/strong><br>Cette p\u00e9riode a \u00e9t\u00e9 belle et satisfaisante, je m\u2019en souviendrai toujours avec plaisir. La collaboration \u00e9troite et constructive au sein du comit\u00e9 me manquera particuli\u00e8rement, m\u00eame si les discussions ont parfois \u00e9t\u00e9 intenses. C\u2019est une belle exp\u00e9rience que de pouvoir faire bouger les choses ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui vous as surpris\u2009?<\/strong><br>J\u2019ai toujours su que nous \u00e9tions un secteur tr\u00e8s engag\u00e9. Mais j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 incroyablement impressionn\u00e9 par le c\u0153ur que mettent tous les membres du CC \u00e0 l\u2019ouvrage et par leur engagement en faveur de nos th\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-medium-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\"><blockquote><p>\u00ab\u2009Il n\u2019y a rien de plus ennuyeux que d\u2019\u00eatre tous du m\u00eame avis\u2009\u00bb<\/p><cite>Elias L\u00e4derach<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les points forts\u2009?<\/strong><br>La pr\u00e9cieuse collaboration, marqu\u00e9e par de nombreux d\u00e9bats. Il n\u2019y a rien de plus ennuyeux que d\u2019\u00eatre tous du m\u00eame avis. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, nous tirions tous \u00e0 la m\u00eame corde, et abondions g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans le m\u00eame sens. Mais nous devons aussi nous pr\u00e9occuper du d\u00e9veloppement durable et faire face \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des co\u00fbts. Nous devons rester souples et innovants. Nous n\u2019aurons ainsi pas \u00e0 craindre pour notre avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel est votre souhait pour les membres de la BCS\u2009?<br><\/strong>L\u2019association est VOTRE association. Tirez-en parti, profitez-en, challengez-la et n\u2019oubliez pas non plus de vous impliquer \u2013 ce n\u2019est qu\u2019ensemble que nous pouvons avancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et pour le secteur\u2009?<\/strong><br>Nous vivons une \u00e9poque tr\u00e8s dynamique.
