Il s&#8217;agira notamment d&#8217;\u00e9lire ou de confirmer les membres du comit\u00e9 central. Le rapport annuel, le programme, les documents et l&#8217;ordre du jour sont disponibles en ligne 30 jours avant l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s, conform\u00e9ment aux statuts, diff\u00e9rentes contributions \u00e9tant publi\u00e9es en avant-premi\u00e8re sur swissbaker.ch. L\u2019heureux \u00e9lu succ\u00e8dera \u00e0<a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/auf-tour-du-pain-et-du-chocolat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Patrick Zbinden, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre analyste sensoriel<\/a>. Le laur\u00e9at de la couronne boulang\u00e8re de cette ann\u00e9e sera \u00e9galement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 \u2013 l\u2019excentrique Daniel Amrein ayant remport\u00e9 en\u00a02022 le titre tant convoit\u00e9, d\u00e9cern\u00e9 conjointement par la BCS et l\u2019Union suisse de la levure. Les participantes aux WorldSkills et les championnes suisses monteront \u00e9galement sur sc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ev\u00e8nement de r\u00e9seautage pour les membres<\/strong><br>Un \u00e9v\u00e8nement de r\u00e9seautage aura lieu la veille du congr\u00e8s (le 12\u00a0juin) sur le Gurten, la colline qui surplombe la ville de Berne, \u00e0 la demande g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des associations cantonales et r\u00e9gionales.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>\u00abZukunftstreff Verkauf\u00bb<\/strong><br>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/fotogalerie\/1-zukunftstreff-verkauf-premiere-geglueckt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zukunftstreff Verkauf\u00bb<\/a>, qui s&#8217;est tenue le 24 avril \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne, a \u00e9t\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s. Lisa Frunz, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail au sein de l&#8217;association, a exprim\u00e9 sa joie, et remerci\u00e9 les organisatrices, Muriel Jacob et Monika B\u00f6sch, pour leur engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Formation professionnelle et continue<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comptes de l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont<\/strong><br>Le directeur de Richemont, Reto Fries, a pu pr\u00e9senter des chiffres r\u00e9jouissants lors de la r\u00e9union du CC: le chiffre d&#8217;affaires cumul\u00e9 de la fondation et de la SA de Richemont s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 7,33 millions de francs, soit environ 1,1 million de francs de plus qu&#8217;en 2021. La fondation cl\u00f4ture avec un EBITA de 190\u2019453 francs et un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net de 1\u2019810 francs. &nbsp;<br>Pour la SA de Richemont, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice avant amortissements est de 464&#8217;213&nbsp;francs et le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 317&nbsp;francs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Examen professionnel + PdQ production<\/strong><br>Les examens pratiques niveau examen professionnel en production se sont termin\u00e9s fin mars. Les meilleures notes vont de 5,0 \u00e0 5,3. Le taux d&#8217;\u00e9chec se situe entre 14 et 46 %, selon l\u2019orientation. La PdQ niveau formation initiale battait son plein au moment de la r\u00e9union du CC. Selon Peter Signer, responsable de la formation en production, l&#8217;outil de protocole ExAd a apport\u00e9 une version plus conviviale avec exaWeb, et cela a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ses preuves dans le cadre des examens professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sondage sur l\u2019examen quinquennal<\/strong><br>Le sondage sur l\u2019examen quinquennal est actif depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Il est encore possible pour chacun et chacune de s\u2019exprimer sur le sujet jusqu\u2019au 20 mai. Des membres du secteur ont certes r\u00e9pondu, mais pas encore en nombre suffisant. Et Nathalie Suter a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue pr\u00e9sidente et Val\u00e9rie Henchoz vice-pr\u00e9sidente lors de<a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/nathalie-suter-1ere-femme-a-la-tete-dune-association-romande\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale neuch\u00e2teloise<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Panvica<\/strong><br>Quelques informations r\u00e9jouissantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sident de Panvica, Roland R\u00e4ber, lors de la s\u00e9ance du CC: la refonte du site web est un succ\u00e8s, les retours positifs s\u2019\u00e9tant av\u00e9r\u00e9s nombreux. La caisse de pension a un nouveau responsable en la personne de Patrick Hauser. Roland R\u00e4ber a \u00e9galement \u00e9voqu\u00e9 la gestion de la sant\u00e9 en entreprise. Il a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 sensibiliser les membres dans les r\u00e9gions: il faut absolument s&#8217;adresser \u00e0 Panvica en cas de risque de longue maladie des collaborateurs ou collaboratrices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Libert\u00e9 de vote pour la loi sur la protection du climat<\/strong><br>Le 18 juin, le peuple suisse votera sur la loi sur la protection du climat (loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur les objectifs en mati\u00e8re de protection du climat, sur l\u2019innovation et sur le renforcement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique), un contre-projet indirect \u00e0 l\u2019initiative pour les glaciers.
