Les gagnants seront choisis le 4 septembre 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abDepuis des ann\u00e9es, GastroSuisse et de nombreuses autres entreprises ne m\u00e9nagent pas leurs efforts pour promouvoir les beaux m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie-restauration et susciter des vocations\u00bb, dit Casimir Platzer, pr\u00e9sident de GastroSuisse, \u00abDe nombreux jeunes partagent cette passion. D\u2019autres ne l\u2019ont peut-\u00eatre pas encore d\u00e9couverte.\u00bb Depuis 2011, le titre \u00abPorteur d\u2019avenir\u00bb est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 dans les cat\u00e9gories cuisinier-\u00e8re, sp\u00e9cialiste en restauration, boulanger-\u00e8re\/p\u00e2tissier-\u00e8re\/confiseur-euse et boucher-\u00e8re\/charcutier-\u00e8re. Une fois par ann\u00e9e, Swiss Gastro Solutions et GastroSuisse, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration pour l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie-restauration r\u00e9compensent un engagement particulier dans le secteur de la formation professionnelle artisanale par le prix \u00abPorteur d\u2019avenir &#8211; Formateur de l\u2019ann\u00e9e\u00bb. Les prix sont d\u00e9cern\u00e9s dans les cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e de base du prix est de promouvoir l\u2019engagement en faveur de la formation professionnelle dans l\u2019artisanat. Les personnes qui forment et encadrent les apprentis en faisant preuve d\u2019un engagement exceptionnel sont garants de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019artisanat en Suisse. Porteurs d\u2019avenir devront se distinguer par leurs comp\u00e9tences de transmission du m\u00e9tier, leur motivation, leur cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et leur personnalit\u00e9 et sont nomin\u00e9s par leurs apprentis.
