Afin de continuer \u00e0 offrir \u00e0 sa client\u00e8le la meilleure cha\u00eene logistique possible, Pistor investit dans ses sites. Le si\u00e8ge principal de Rothenburg (LU) sera agrandi et un centre de distribution sera construit \u00e0 Sennwald (SG).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le grossiste et prestataire de services Pistor a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper consid\u00e9rablement apr\u00e8s la pand\u00e9mie. L’entreprise de Rothenburg a ainsi gagn\u00e9 de nombreux clients, d\u00e9pass\u00e9 la barre des 600 collaborateurs et enregistr\u00e9 un nombre croissant de commandes. Cela a permis \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative Pistor, d’une part, de venir en aide \u00e0 ses clients boulangers-confiseurs en 2022, ann\u00e9e de crise, en leur accordant une prime sp\u00e9ciale. \u00ab D’autre part, nous avons lanc\u00e9 la construction de nouvelles infrastructures. Centrale de distribution durable en Suisse orientale<\/strong>
A Sennwald, une nouvelle centrale de distribution voit le jour sur plus de 9000 m2 et pour un montant de 18,5 millions de francs. Elle entrera en service dans le courant de l’ann\u00e9e prochaine. Elle se composera de bureaux, de locaux techniques et sociaux, ainsi que de 16 quais pour camions. Les marchandises seront livr\u00e9es de nuit par train depuis le si\u00e8ge de Rothenburg. \u00ab Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre pr\u00e9sence r\u00e9gionale, nos clients de Suisse orientale b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de trajets plus courts, d’une fr\u00e9quence de livraison plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et d’une livraison durable \u00bb, explique M. Eigenmann avant de souligner. \u00ab Pistor attache en effet une grande importance \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 lors de la construction. \u00bb Le bois d’\u00e9pic\u00e9a est le principal mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 et une installation solaire \u00e9quipe le toit. Elle produira 430000 kilowattheures, soit la consommation d’\u00e9nergie de 95 m\u00e9nages. De plus, Pistor mise sur des pompes \u00e0 chaleur et sur des camions \u00e9lectriques pour une partie de sa flotte. Un tunnel de lavage nettoiera les v\u00e9hicules et les wagons \u00e0 l’eau de pluie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extension du si\u00e8ge principal<\/strong>
Pistor investit \u00e9galement dans des solutions logistiques hautement automatis\u00e9es \u00e0 son si\u00e8ge principal de Rothenburg. Les \u00e9lecteurs de Rothenburg ont donn\u00e9 leur feu vert \u00e0 la mi-mars, et ce \u00e0 une majorit\u00e9 \u00e9crasante. La coop\u00e9rative pourra ainsi construire des surfaces de stockage, de transbordement et de distribution \u00e0 partir de 2026. Cela se fera en trois \u00e9tapes de deux ans chacune, sur une surface de 31700 m2, soit quatre terrains de football.  Patrick Eigenmann se r\u00e9jouit : \u00ab Cette extension constitue la base de notre croissance future. Tous nos segments de client\u00e8le en profiteront : boulangeries, restauration et \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 \u00bb. La durabilit\u00e9 est \u00e9galement au centre des pr\u00e9occupations : une v\u00e9g\u00e9talisation partielle de la fa\u00e7ade, une installation photovolta\u00efque sur le toit ainsi que d’autres camions \u00e9lectriques sont pr\u00e9vus.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
