Les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s satisfaisants au niveau qualitatif. \u00abSoit on produit de la qualit\u00e9, soit on coule\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Bernard Pignat en citant le rapport annuel du Grand Ma\u00eetre. Dans son rapport, il a encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 aller \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du public, \u00e0 organiser des d\u00e9gustations lors de divers \u00e9v\u00e9nements et \u00e0 montrer aux consommateurs ce qu&#8217;est un bon pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-perspectives-et-election\"><strong>Perspectives et \u00e9lection<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;avenir, l&#8217;examen du pain ne sera plus organis\u00e9 tous les deux ans, mais tous les ans. Les Chevaliers ont en outre approuv\u00e9 une augmentation de la cotisation des membres, vu que les finances sont loin d&#8217;\u00eatre dans le vert. Marcel Delasoie, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;Union valaisanne des arts et m\u00e9tiers, a appel\u00e9 les membres \u00e0 collaborer avec des sponsors. Elie Michelet (Nendaz) a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu au Comit\u00e9 directeur pour remplacer St\u00e9phane Kalbermatten, qui a d\u00e9missionn\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
