La pr\u00e9sidente du Grand Conseil valaisan, Madame G\u00e9raldine Arlettaz-Monnet, a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillie en tant qu&#8217;invit\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abVoulons-nous encore des petites boulangeries-confiseries dans les villages?\u00bb, a demand\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re provocatrice le pr\u00e9sident Albert Michellod aux personnes pr\u00e9sentes lors de son discours passionn\u00e9. L&#8217;\u00e9rosion dans le secteur artisanal se poursuit. Il y a 30 ans, le Valais comptait 270 exploitations, aujourd&#8217;hui il n&#8217;en reste plus que 55. Pour lui, la faute doit \u00eatre cherch\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des grands distributeurs, des discounters et des shops de stations-service qui ne cessent de s&#8217;\u00e9tendre. Au vu des nombreuses consignes, il a estim\u00e9 que \u00abBerne\u00bb ferait mieux de soutenir les boulangers-confiseurs plut\u00f4t que de les accabler de r\u00e8gles. Mais Albert Michellod a aussi rappel\u00e9 aux membres de mettre en avant leur \u00abtr\u00e9sor du marketing\u00bb, le pain de seigle valaisan AOP. Avec la fermeture du moulin du Rh\u00f4ne \u00e0 Naters fin 2023, ce produit risque toutefois de dispara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-energie-trouver-une-solution-viable\"><strong>\u00c9nergie: trouver une solution viable<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 qu&#8217;il souhaitait organiser une table ronde avec les repr\u00e9sentants de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie et n\u00e9gocier une solution viable pour les membres valaisans. Le pr\u00e9sident de l&#8217;association cantonale vaudoise, Laurent Buet, a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les n\u00e9gociations fructueuses qui viennent de s&#8217;achever dans le canton de Vaud. Il est important d&#8217;\u00eatre solidaire et de lutter ensemble, a soulign\u00e9 Buet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des expertes pour le commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Magali Pellet, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail dans le canton du Valais, a d\u00e9crit une situation insatisfaisante: il y a trop peu d&#8217;expert-es qui se mettent \u00e0 disposition. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 soutenue par Marie Perriard, responsable de la vente en Suisse romande. En 2022, Vente 2022+ a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite. Marie Perriard a appel\u00e9 les membres \u00e0 suivre les cours de formation professionnelle et \u00e0 travailler avec le nouveau mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique Konvink. Il est \u00e9galement possible de suivre les cours en ligne ou dans son propre canton. Marie Perriard se r\u00e9jouit du fait que neuf apprentis du commerce de d\u00e9tail passeront leur examen cette ann\u00e9e, alors qu&#8217;ils n&#8217;\u00e9taient que trois en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que repr\u00e9sentante du comit\u00e9 de l&#8217;association r\u00e9gionale, Marie Perriard a \u00e9galement fait de la publicit\u00e9 pour le Swiss Bakery Trophy, qui aura \u00e0 nouveau lieu en 2024 \u00e0 Bulle (FR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Projet pilote de formation professionnelle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ren\u00e9 Constantin, directeur de l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle commerciale et artisanale francophone de Sion (EPCA), avait des nouvelles positives sur le projet pilote de formation des boulangers-confiseurs. Des discussions enrichissantes ont eu lieu avant le lancement, qui se sont concr\u00e9tis\u00e9es dans l&#8217;harmonie. La cha\u00eene est solide et chaque partenaire joue son r\u00f4le. Actuellement, 14 apprentis suivent cette nouvelle formation. Tous auraient un contrat en poche pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d&#8217;apprentissage. Ren\u00e9 Constantin a fait l&#8217;\u00e9loge de \u00abl&#8217;\u00e9quipe \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole, qui est jeune et motiv\u00e9e\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le responsable cantonal de la formation, Alphonse Pellet, a fait appel \u00e0 la bienveillance envers les apprentis, dont le passage de l&#8217;\u00e9cole \u00e0 l&#8217;apprentissage n&#8217;est pas facile. Il s&#8217;est r\u00e9joui du grand nombre d&#8217;apprenties \u00abqui ont envie d&#8217;apprendre ce m\u00e9tier et qui font preuve de passion\u00bb.
