Gr\u00e2ce aux exportations, les ventes ont renou\u00e9, dans l\u2019ensemble, avec la croissance par rapport \u00e0 2021. Les prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res constituent toutefois un d\u00e9fi pour la cr\u00e9ation de valeur de la place industrielle helv\u00e9tique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le volume de chocolat suisse vendu dans le pays a recul\u00e9 de 4,0% en 2022, alors que le chiffre d\u2019affaires correspondant progressait de 4,0 %, selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chocosuisse.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chocosuisse<\/a>. Le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur ne s\u2019est pas remis de la br\u00e8che creus\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie : la quantit\u00e9 de chocolat suisse vendu dans le pays (- 4,7 %) et le chiffre d\u2019affaires g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 (- 4,9 %) \u00e9taient inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient en 2019. Apr\u00e8s leur augmentation massive de plus de 10 % en 2021, les importations de chocolat n\u2019ont connu qu\u2019un ralentissement de 1,5%. \u00ab La pression exerc\u00e9e par les produits meilleur march\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger reste importante et la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des consommateurs suisses aux produits indig\u00e8nes est limit\u00e9e \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Daniel Bloch, vice-pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des fabricants suisses de chocolat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hausse-salee-du-prix-du-sucre\"><strong>Hausse sal\u00e9e du prix du sucre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelque 73,1 % du chocolat suisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 export\u00e9. Le volume des exportations a progress\u00e9 en glissement annuel de 8,3 % et le chiffre d\u2019affaires y relatif, de 8,4 %. \u00ab L\u2019\u00e9volution du chiffre d\u2019affaires (CA) sur les march\u00e9s d\u2019exportation n\u2019a pas permis de compenser la hausse des co\u00fbts. Le prix du sucre suisse a \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s doubl\u00e9 en 2022, par exemple \u00bb, explique Beat Vonlanthen, pr\u00e9sident de Chocosuisse.<br>Au total, le volume vendu en Suisse et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger est en augmentation de 4,7 %, gr\u00e2ce aux exportations. Le CA g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 progresse de 6,4 %. Les exportations se sont donc av\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00eatre le pilier central des fabricants.
