Pour le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration Alexander Reinhard et son \u00e9quipe, cette distinction d\u00e9cern\u00e9e \u00e0 des PME saines et dynamiques est une source de motivation suppl\u00e9mentaire pour continuer \u00e0 investir dans ce qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent comme les \u00e9l\u00e9ments centraux d\u2019une bonne culture d\u2019entreprise, \u00e0 savoir dans la communication. Ce qui reste inchang\u00e9: les collaborateur. Les cadres jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard. \u00abIls devraient s\u2019occuper \u00e0 50 % de t\u00e2ches professionnelles et consacrer l\u2019autre moiti\u00e9 de leur temps \u00e0 la gestion des collaborateurs\u00bb, explique Alexander Reinhard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promouvoir-la-comprehension-mutuelle\"><strong>Promouvoir la compr\u00e9hension mutuelle<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour sa direction et lui, l\u2019implication accrue des suppl\u00e9ants est \u00e9galement une pr\u00e9occupation centrale. Ces derniers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 quelque peu n\u00e9glig\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Ils devraient \u00eatre davantage sensibilis\u00e9s aux questions li\u00e9es aux ressources humaines. \u00abNous voulons am\u00e9liorer la communication et montrer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la base o\u00f9 nous m\u00e8nera notre voyage.\u00bb Les processus de communication internes doivent donc \u00eatre automatis\u00e9s, int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le travail quotidien et mis en exemple. Le cours de conduite de base pour suppl\u00e9ants, lanc\u00e9 l\u2019automne dernier, constitue une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape. Il est accompagn\u00e9 par une personne externe \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise et sert non seulement \u00e0 la formation continue, mais aussi \u00e0 la promotion de la compr\u00e9hension mutuelle, entre la vente et la production notamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u00abNous voulons am\u00e9liorer la communication et montrer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la base o\u00f9 nous m\u00e8nera notre voyage.\u00bb<\/p>\n<cite>Alexander Reinhard<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Reinhard AG veut par ailleurs intensifier encore davantage la gestion interne des cas. Les \u00e9changes sont activ\u00e9s au plus tard apr\u00e8s 15 jours en cas d\u2019absence. En accord avec les sup\u00e9rieurs, la responsable RH est en contact avec les collaborateurs malades\/accident\u00e9s, et consigne l\u2019\u00e9volution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Horaires de travail (plus) flexibles dans la production<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autres projets envisagent notamment de r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9lai de commande. Cela permettrait aux collaborateurs de la production d\u2019avoir des horaires de travail plus flexibles, ou de moderniser le fournil, ce qui impliquerait en outre des avantages ergonomiques.<br>La satisfaction des collaborateurs est une pr\u00e9occupation majeure, comme le montre le sondage anonyme r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en ligne pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois. Le r\u00e9sultat est impressionnant: 130 des 170 collaborateurs ont particip\u00e9. \u00abEt le r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 globalement tr\u00e8s positif\u00bb, constate Angelika Jansen. Il y a toutefois encore deux points qui pr\u00e9sentent un potentiel d\u2019am\u00e9lioration ; au niveau gestion et communication, selon Alexander Reinhard,. Son \u00e9quipe et lui restent conscients qu\u2019ils ne doivent pas se reposer sur leurs lauriers: la marque employeur doit \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e. Ce n\u2019est pas un processus statique. Pour ce faire, le professionnel bernois estime en souriant que tout ne doit pas toujours se passer comme dans les manuels; il faut oser s\u2019engager dans une voie diff\u00e9rente et personnelle, selon la devise \u00abtry + error\u00bb. \u00abNous devons avoir le courage d\u2019essayer quelque chose de nouveau.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pas d\u2019\u00e9tage de direction<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre particularit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise est son si\u00e8ge social construit en 2013 avec production \u00e0 Bolligen: il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019\u00e9tage de direction. Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, les locaux de production sont lumineux. Au deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tage, les espaces de bureaux sont ouverts, avec au centre la salle de pause. Cela doit \u00eatre un lieu d\u2019\u00e9change. \u00abC\u2019\u00e9tait important pour moi lors de la planification du nouveau b\u00e2timent\u00bb, explique Alexander Reinhard dans la vid\u00e9o r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sp\u00e9cialement pour la remise officielle du prix.<br>Jorma Signer, responsable adjoint de la p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie, rel\u00e8ve ce qui suit dans ladite vid\u00e9o: \u00abReinhard me permet de faire mon travail \u00e0 un niveau moderne.\u00bb Brigit Kleinert, responsable du site d\u2019Ostermundigen, vante les voies d\u00e9cisionnelles courtes et les \u00abportes ouvertes en tout temps\u00bb. Pour Alexander Reinhard et son \u00e9pouse Simone, la proximit\u00e9 avec les collaborateurs est une pr\u00e9occupation majeure. C\u2019est donc tout naturellement qu\u2019ils se rendent notamment dans chaque filiale durant la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019Avent, en vue de pr\u00e9senter personnellement leurs v\u0153ux de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. Pour lui, il n\u2019est pas question de prendre des vacances pendant cette p\u00e9riode. \u00abLe matin, je travaille \u00e0 l\u2019exp\u00e9dition.
