Pour la 17<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9dition de ce festival du chocolat, 34 artisans de Suisse romande les attendaient. La rel\u00e8ve genevoise \u00e9tait aussi de la partie avec la traditionnelle exposition de pi\u00e8ces artistiques des apprentis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019affluence de visiteurs au salon du chocolat \u00e9tait un peu moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e que d\u2019habitude; une baisse due vraisemblablement \u00e0 la m\u00e9t\u00e9o maussade en ce dernier week-end de mars \u00e0 Versoix. Deux semaines avant P\u00e2ques, le public a d\u00e9couvert les best-sellers et les nouveaut\u00e9s de 34 artisans. Si la majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux \u00e9tait genevoise, d\u2019autres ont fait le d\u00e9placement depuis les cantons de Fribourg, du Jura, du Valais et de Vaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exposition des apprentis de Gen\u00e8ve est l\u2019autre point fort de la manifestation. Quarante-neuf jeunes y ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs \u0153uvres. Les 1<sup>\u00e8res<\/sup> ann\u00e9es ont eu pour th\u00e9matique \u00ab\u00a0La nourriture dans le monde\u00a0\u00bb et les deuxi\u00e8mes \u00ab\u00a0La mobilit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Quant aux troisi\u00e8mes, ils ont eu carte blanche. Des professionnels de la branche ont r\u00e9compens\u00e9 les meilleures r\u00e9alisations de chaque cat\u00e9gorie. Le responsable du concours, en charge de la formation de l\u2019association sectorielle romande, Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde, a soulign\u00e9 le bon niveau de ce mill\u00e9sime\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Il y a eu de jolies pi\u00e8ces. Nos jeunes ont fait preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et d\u2019imagination\u00a0; malgr\u00e9 la complexit\u00e9 des th\u00e8mes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exposition a attir\u00e9 la foule. For\u00e7ant les visiteurs \u00e0 parfois faire la queue durant plusieurs dizaines de minutes. \u00ab&nbsp;Afin de les aider \u00e0 patienter, nous avons install\u00e9 un stand de formation \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l\u2019entr\u00e9e de la salle. Professeurs et apprentis ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 et fait d\u00e9guster des chocolats.
