Fin-f\u00e9vrier, l\u2019organisation estimait la r\u00e9colte de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 438000 tonnes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les estimations de swiss granum pour la r\u00e9colte 2023 tablent sur une surface stable de bl\u00e9 panifiable par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La surface d\u2019\u00e9peautre devrait augmenter d\u2019environ 770 ha (+ 9,7%). La surface de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables biologiques a fortement augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Si la part de celles-ci atteignait 8% en 2017, elle est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 13,2% cette ann\u00e9e. La surface de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables devrait rester stable compar\u00e9 \u00e0 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant la r\u00e9partition des classes de qualit\u00e9 de bl\u00e9 panifiable, l\u2019organisation de la branche des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales note une baisse de classe II au profit de la classe Top. Avec 64.0% (2021 : 60,5%), la classe Top reste la plus importante, suivi de la classe I avec 25,6% (25,1%) et de la classe II avec 9,6% (13.9%). La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Top Montalbano se trouve toujours \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re place des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de bl\u00e9 panifiable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa part aux ventes de semences de bl\u00e9 panifiable s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 21,8% (2021 : 18.1%) et sa part dans la classe Top \u00e0 34.1% (2021 : 30,6%). CH Nara reste le num\u00e9ro deux de la classe Top. Hanswin arrive en t\u00eate de la classe I. Sa part aux ventes de semences de bl\u00e9 panifiable s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 10,5% et sa part dans la classe I \u00e0 40,9%. On trouve ainsi aussi en 2023 sur chaque 3e parcelle de la classe Top la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Montalbano, pour la classe I, la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Hanswin se trouve dans deux parcelles sur cinq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tablant sur des rendements moyens, la r\u00e9colte 2023 totale de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour l&#8217;alimentation humaine est estim\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 453000 tonnes, dont environ 438000 sont des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables (bl\u00e9 panifiable, \u00e9peautre, seigle, amidonnier\/engrain, m\u00e9teil). La quantit\u00e9 de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables devrait donc \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022. Pour des raisons de qualit\u00e9, une quantit\u00e9 non encore d\u00e9termin\u00e9e ne pourra probablement pas \u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9e apte \u00e0 la panification \u00e0 la r\u00e9colte et sera \u00e9coul\u00e9e dans le canal fourrager. Cette quantit\u00e9 est actuellement contenue dans l\u2019estimation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des chiffres, swiss granum rappelle qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019estimations provisoires. Les donn\u00e9es d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les ventes de semences de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales de printemps ne sont pas encore prises en compte.
