Sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur, la pression des importations resterait \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les dispositions l\u00e9gales d\u00e9savantageraient la place industrielle suisse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s les pertes marqu\u00e9es essuy\u00e9es ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le volume de produits de confiserie suisses vendus en 2022 a progress\u00e9 de 32,6 %, selon Biscosuisse. La part des exportations a augment\u00e9 de 3,6% (de 82,0 % \u00e0 85,6 %), emmen\u00e9e par les exportations \u00e0 destination des \u00c9tats-Unis. L\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, davantage de produits import\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consomm\u00e9s en Suisse : alors que le volume de produits suisses \u00e9coul\u00e9s a progress\u00e9 de 5,6 %, celui des importations a grandi de 13,6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant les ann\u00e9es de pand\u00e9mie, 2020 et 2021, le chiffre d\u2019affaires (CA) total des fabricants suisses s\u2019est tass\u00e9 d\u2019environ un quart. Cette perte a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e dans une large mesure en 2022 (+28,0). Le CA de la branche est cependant inf\u00e9rieur de 2,1 % par rapport au niveau pr\u00e9pand\u00e9mique (2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Produits de biscuiterie et de biscotterie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2022, le volume total des produits de biscuiterie et de biscotterie suisses s\u2019est contract\u00e9 d\u20191,5%, alors que le CA de la branche progressait de 3,4 %. La part du march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des exportations, selon Biscossuise. Les ventes int\u00e9rieures de produits helv\u00e9tiques de biscuiterie et de biscotterie a accus\u00e9 un l\u00e9ger recul face \u00e0 2021 (-2,1%), alors que le chiffre d\u2019affaires progressait doucement (+2,5 %).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exportations, dont le r\u00f4le avait perdu de son importance pour les produits suisses de biscuiterie et de biscotterie durant la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, se sont aussi contract\u00e9es en 2020 \u00e0 cause de la pand\u00e9mie. Toutefois, en 2022, leur \u00e9volution positive de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente s\u2019est poursuivie (+1,0% en termes de volume et +7,8% en termes de CA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Des prescriptions n\u00e9fastes pour la place \u00e9conomique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019environnement dans lequel la branche parvient \u00e0 maintenir sa place gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son esprit entrepreneurial n\u2019est pas facile. \u00ab\u00a0Outre les turbulences qui secouent les march\u00e9s d\u2019approvisionnement, des prescriptions du droit alimentaire relatives \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration des produits ont constitu\u00e9 et constituent toujours des chicanes propres \u00e0 la Suisse\u00a0\u00bb, critique la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration dans son communiqu\u00e9. Il importe de supprimer de tels obstacles dans le cadre de la r\u00e9vision en cours du droit alimentaire. Par ailleurs, la protection de l\u2019agriculture aux fronti\u00e8res rench\u00e9rit des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res centrales.
