Une transformation mineure et une technologie moderne permettent d\u00e9sormais aux clients enregistr\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e9der au magasin en dehors des heures d\u2019ouverture habituelles. Un premier bilan attire l\u2019attention<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019activit\u00e9 commerciale en 2015, la client\u00e8le fid\u00e8le aurait souhait\u00e9 avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de faire ses courses tous les jours au St\u00e4dtlibeck de Walenstadt. Pour des raisons \u00e9conomiques, la petite entreprise est ferm\u00e9e le dimanche apr\u00e8s-midi et le lundi. \u00ab\u2009Les heures d\u2019ouverture doivent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 couvrir le plus grand nombre possible de jours et d\u2019heures de la journ\u00e9e tout en \u00e9tant \u00e9conomiquement rentables\u2009\u00bb, explique Belinda Rickli, responsable des ventes. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, le d\u00e9veloppement durable et la probl\u00e9matique du gaspillage alimentaire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fortement th\u00e9matis\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019entreprise. \u00ab\u2009Tout cela nous a incit\u00e9s \u00e0 proposer un service 7 jours sur 7 et 24\u202fheures sur 24 \u00e0 la population de Walenstadt et de ses environs\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reactions-positives\">R\u00e9actions positives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le magasin propose les exc\u00e9dents de production du jour ainsi que des cadeaux et des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s faits maison. Un rayon r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 contient des boissons et des marchandises telles que du lait, des yogourts, des \u0153ufs et du fromage. L\u2019assortiment vari\u00e9 attire un large groupe cible\u2009: Les personnes actives qui n\u2019ont pas l\u2019occasion de faire des achats pendant les heures d\u2019ouverture, les membres d\u2019associations apr\u00e8s de trop longues r\u00e9unions, les personnes rentrant chez elles apr\u00e8s une f\u00eate ou encore les acheteurs spontan\u00e9s du dimanche apr\u00e8s-midi. \u00ab\u2009Nous sommes tr\u00e8s heureux de constater que notre concept s\u2019adresse \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents segments de client\u00e8le\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le tenancier Christoph Bartholet, satisfait. Et d\u2019ajouter\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous constatons toutefois que de nombreuses personnes doivent se r\u00e9soudre \u00e0 faire un achat test pour voir \u00e0 quel point il est facile de faire ses propres achats\u2009\u00bb. En dehors des heures d\u2019ouverture, l\u2019acc\u00e8s au magasin est possible pour toutes les personnes qui s\u2019enregistrent \u00e0 l\u2019aide du code QR appos\u00e9 sur la porte du magasin.<br>Les r\u00e9actions au nouveau concept sont tr\u00e8s positives. \u00ab\u2009Ceux qui souhaitent l\u2019utiliser sont ravis.
