Ang\u00e9lique Jannuzzo, experte aux examens et responsable de la succursale de la boulangerie Au Vieux Grenier SA \u00e0 Corminb\u0153uf (FR), partage ses exp\u00e9riences et celle de son apprentie de premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En route vers la digitalisation\u2009! Oui, mais pas que\u2026 Je suis une personne passionn\u00e9e par mon m\u00e9tier, ayant la chance d\u2019avoir diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les dans mon domaine. Bien que j\u2019aie particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la nouvelle r\u00e9forme, j\u2019ai quand m\u00eame d\u00fb me mettre \u00e0 la page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019informatique n\u2019\u00e9tant pas ma tasse de th\u00e9, une formation Konvink et la volont\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 former m\u2019ont largement aid\u00e9e \u00e0 me sentir plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise dans cette nouvelle formation.<br>La r\u00e9forme Vente 2022+ avait pour objectif de mettre en place une formation proche de la pratique et clairement ax\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences op\u00e9rationnelles. Ceci, pour \u00eatre encore plus performant et pr\u00e9parer une rel\u00e8ve sur laquelle s\u2019appuyer pour assurer l\u2019avenir de notre magnifique m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En toute honn\u00eatet\u00e9, j\u2019appr\u00e9hendais cette nouvelle formation en tant que formatrice, mais aussi en tant qu\u2019enseignante, car on nous demande de nouvelles connaissances et de nouvelles branches \u00e0 expliquer lors des cours interentreprises. Il faut toutefois l\u2019avouer, le monde du travail \u00e9tant en constante \u00e9volution, nous devons nous aussi, professionnels de la branche, \u00e9voluer et nous mettre \u00e0 jour afin de pouvoir continuer \u00e0 former de mani\u00e8re efficace et passionn\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis convaincue que ces changements r\u00e9v\u00e9leront chez nos jeunes, des personnalit\u00e9s aptes \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de plus en plus exigeants de la client\u00e8le et utiliseront les ressources n\u00e9cessaires au bon d\u00e9veloppement de leur entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des changements qui ont fait dispara\u00eetre le dossier de formation \u00ab\u2009version papier\u2009\u00bb pour le remplacer par une plateforme num\u00e9rique nomm\u00e9e Konvink. Une richesse qui regorge d\u2019une multitude de conseils, d\u2019explications et de vid\u00e9os. Mais aussi un outil qui demande un suivi durant toute la formation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces diff\u00e9rents mandats pratiques. Un instrument de travail avec lequel je ne reviendrais pas en arri\u00e8re car il est complet, ludique et qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re une belle interaction entre moi et mon apprentie de 1\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, Tanya Allaman \u00e0 qui j\u2019ai pos\u00e9 quelques questions\u2009:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quelle-difference-avec-l-ancienne-et-la-nouvelle-formation\">Quelle diff\u00e9rence avec l\u2019ancienne et la nouvelle formation\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout est num\u00e9ris\u00e9 et donc plus organis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y a-t-il une difficult\u00e9 dans cette nouvelle vente 2022+ ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, mais c\u2019est pour des raisons personnelles.
