On cherche partout de bons apprentis. Mais que veut dire \u00ab\u2009bon\u2009\u00bb\u2009? Le fait est qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de \u00ab\u2009bons\u2009\u00bb professionnels sans formation solide et qualitative des apprentis. Pour que ces derniers soient au top de leurs performances, nous devons pouvoir les motiver \u00e0 cet effet. Des facteurs essentiels sont importants \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que formateurs ou gestionnaires du commerce de d\u00e9tail, quel est notre impact dans notre m\u00e9tier cr\u00e9atif\u2009? Prenons-nous le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour les apprentis\u2009? Prenons-nous \u00e9galement le temps de nous familiariser avec la nouvelle plateforme d\u2019apprentissage num\u00e9rique Vente 2022+? Faisons-nous preuve d\u2019enthousiasme dans le cadre de notre activit\u00e9 sur le front de la vente, nous vouons-nous \u00e0 notre r\u00f4le de mod\u00e8le ou nous cachons-nous volontiers derri\u00e8re notre bureau\u2009? Sommes-nous<br>au top pour notre rel\u00e8ve\u2009?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous le coup du stress \/ de la peur de l\u2019avenir, nous arrive-t-il parfois de douter entre autres des processus de travail ou des changements de roulement\u2009? Cela peut-il nous amener \u00e0 faire<br>des remarques n\u00e9gatives\u2009? (Oui, cela peut arriver.) Mais si nous perdons notre \u00e9thique de travail saine, enthousiaste et constructive, cela a une tr\u00e8s grande influence n\u00e9gative sur la motivation de nos apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019attitude vis-\u00e0-vis de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z est aussi d\u00e9terminante.<br>Nos jeunes comprennent vite ce que nous pensons d\u2019eux. Le fait de r\u00e9ellement s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 leurs besoins, de les reconna\u00eetre et de faire preuve de bienveillance a un effet tr\u00e8s positif sur notre r\u00e9ussite professionnelle commune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soyons fiers de notre vocation et r\u00e9jouissons-nous d\u2019accueillir<br>les nouveaux apprentis\u2009!
