Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 quelque temps dans l&#8217;entreprise familiale espagnole, elle a eu envie de poursuivre sa formation. Elle s\u2019est donc inscrite \u00e0 un stage \u00e0 l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne. Elle s\u2019est tout de suite sentie \u00e0 l\u2019aise et souhaite poursuivre son aventure suisse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m&#8217;appelle Irene R\u00e9bola Ramos, j&#8217;ai 26 ans et je viens de Saragosse (en Espagne). Le m\u00e9tier de boulanger a toujours fait partie de ma vie d\u2019aussi loin que je m&#8217;en souvienne. Je fais partie de la cinqui\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de boulangers, j&#8217;ai donc baign\u00e9 dans la boulangerie depuis ma plus tendre enfance. Ayant fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 une \u00e9cole allemande \u00e0 Saragosse, mon baccalaur\u00e9at pass\u00e9 en&nbsp;2014 m\u2019a permis de combiner ma passion et la langue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-systeme-de-formation-duale\"><strong>Le syst\u00e8me de formation duale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec l&#8217;aide de ma famille, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de partir en Allemagne pour y suivre une formation. A la recherche d\u2019une entreprise qui accepterait de me prendre en apprentissage, je me suis pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 la boulangerie Sailer et y ai d\u00e9croch\u00e9 mon contrat d&#8217;apprentissage. C&#8217;est ainsi que tout a commenc\u00e9.<br>C&#8217;\u00e9tait un vrai d\u00e9fi, au d\u00e9but surtout. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois de ma vie, j&#8217;\u00e9tais confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la situation de vivre seule et c&#8217;\u00e9tait pratiquement ma premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. J\u2019ai vu et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 comment le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif allemand est organis\u00e9 et pu le comparer avec le syst\u00e8me espagnol. J&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 la m\u00e9thode d&#8217;apprentissage duale tr\u00e8s utile. Le lundi, j&#8217;allais \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole, cela comptait comme un jour de travail, et les quatre autres jours de la semaine, je travaillais dans les diff\u00e9rentes filiales de l&#8217;entreprise. Apprendre quelque chose \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole et pouvoir le voir ou l&#8217;appliquer imm\u00e9diatement au travail, c&#8217;est utile et profitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 la maison<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s trois ann\u00e9es d&#8217;apprentissage et la r\u00e9ussite de mes examens, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en 2017 de retourner dans mon pays d&#8217;origine. Il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu que j\u2019apprenne \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les m\u00e9thodes de travail et les produits de notre entreprise familiale. Pendant un an, j&#8217;ai travaill\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rents secteurs de production, dans la boulangerie, la p\u00e2tisserie, la confiserie et, dans une moindre mesure, la logistique. Cela m&#8217;a permis d&#8217;avoir une vue d&#8217;ensemble de l&#8217;entreprise. Je suis tomb\u00e9e litt\u00e9ralement amoureuse de la production et j&#8217;ai su que je ne voulais pas seulement vendre, mais aussi produire.<br>Cela a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de la prochaine \u00e9tape de ma vie. \u00c0 partir de 2019, j&#8217;ai suivi des cours de p\u00e2tisserie et de boulangerie en Espagne, \u00e0 Barcelone et \u00e0 Madrid notamment. Lorsque le Covid-19 est entr\u00e9 dans nos vies, je vivais justement \u00e0 Madrid, o\u00f9 j&#8217;effectuais un stage. J&#8217;ai d\u00fb rentrer \u00e0 Saragosse et recommencer \u00e0 travailler dans l&#8217;entreprise familiale. J&#8217;ai beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 cette p\u00e9riode durant laquelle j\u2019ai pu montrer et mettre en pratique ce que j&#8217;avais appris les mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. J&#8217;avais n\u00e9anmoins envie de continuer \u00e0 me former.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des exp\u00e9riences int\u00e9ressantes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Richemont<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque, j&#8217;envisageais de quitter \u00e0 nouveau l&#8217;Espagne. J\u2019ai discut\u00e9 de destinations possibles avec ma famille. Mon p\u00e8re s\u2019est dit que mes connaissances en allemand me permettraient de faire un stage dans une \u00e9cole en Suisse. Ma tante, mon oncle et mon p\u00e8re connaissent bien l&#8217;Ecole professionnelle Richemont: ils ont particip\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stages avec le Club Richemont Espagne au fil des ans. Ils se sont toujours exprim\u00e9s positivement sur l&#8217;organisation et les m\u00e9thodes de l&#8217;\u00e9cole \u2013 cela m\u2019a sembl\u00e9 \u00eatre la meilleure option. J&#8217;ai donc pris contact avec l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle de Lucerne qui m&#8217;a offert la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;effectuer un stage d&#8217;un an (six mois en boulangerie et six mois en p\u00e2tisserie). Mon aventure suisse a commenc\u00e9 en octobre 2021. L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion de vivre des exp\u00e9riences tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes et motivantes: j&#8217;ai notamment pu donner un coup de main aux SwissSkills et aux WorldSkills, et d\u00e9couvrir le quotidien de l&#8217;\u00e9cole \u00e0 Lucerne. Cela m&#8217;a tellement plu que j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que mon aventure suisse ne devait pas s&#8217;arr\u00eater l\u00e0. J&#8217;ai eu la chance de pouvoir prolonger pour une dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e mon emploi dans le d\u00e9partement boulangerie de Richemont.
