A l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle de Langenthal (bfsl), nous avons le privil\u00e8ge de faire revivre ces souvenirs \u00e0 l\u2019envi. En effet, de doux effluves \u00e9manant du centre de CI des boulangers-confiseurs de Berne-Soleure pour les m\u00e9tiers de boulang\u00e8re-boulanger, p\u00e2tis-si\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissier et confiseuse-confiseur remplissent toujours les couloirs de notre \u00e9cole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre formation professionnelle duale repose sur trois lieux de formation : l\u2019entreprise formatrice, le centre de cours interentre-prises (CI) et l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle. Ces trois lieux de formation doivent interagir et \u00e9changer entre eux pour que les apprentis b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019une formation pratique optimale. Le fait d\u2019avoir le centre de CI dans ses propres murs permet d\u2019exploiter efficace-ment les synergies et de favoriser les \u00e9changes professionnels entre les enseignants. Les \u00e9changes actifs et le soutien mutuel profitent \u00e0 toutes les parties prenantes, et notamment aux apprentis et apprenties. Le concept pourrait \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 de situation gagnant-gagnant classique \u2013 les bons contacts entre les responsables de CI et les entreprises formatrices en \u00e9tant \u00e9galement un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cet \u00e9gard, je me r\u00e9jouis de humer encore longtemps la d\u00e9licieuse odeur de fournil dans les couloirs de notre \u00e9cole.
