Le patron la voulait adaptative pour davantage de libert\u00e9 et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. \u00bb<br>L\u2019ancien symbole datait de 2007. Le jeune boulanger \u00e9tait alors sous les ordres de son p\u00e8re, Jean-Louis. \u00ab Au fil des ans, nous l\u2019avons quelque peu modifi\u00e9. Il fonctionnait, mais avait un peu v\u00e9cu. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-generateur-de-motivation\">G\u00c9N\u00c9RATEUR DE MOTIVATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Christophe Ackermann a pris les commandes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en 2011. \u00ab Je me suis toujours dit que je voulais faire des cycles d\u2019environ 10 \u00e0 12 ans, puis de voir o\u00f9 j\u2019en \u00e9tais. \u00bb En 2019, le temps de la r\u00e9flexion arriva. La volont\u00e9 et le potentiel \u00e9taient-ils toujours pr\u00e9sents pour poursuivre l\u2019aventure ? Fallait-il se consacrer \u00e0 d\u2019autres projets ? \u00ab Assez rapidement, j\u2019ai eu le sentiment d\u2019avoir encore beaucoup de choses \u00e0 accomplir ! \u00bb La modernisation du logo en \u00e9tait une ; d\u2019une part, pour son propre plaisir et, d\u2019autre part, pour entretenir sa motivation et celle de son \u00e9quipe. \u00ab Un nouveau d\u00e9cor, un nouveau design, de nouveaux emballages ont un v\u00e9ritable effet f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u00ab Un nouveau d\u00e9cor, un nouveau design, de nouveaux emballages <br>ont un v\u00e9ritable effet f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur. \u00bb<\/p><cite>Christophe Ackermann<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><br>L\u2019artisan avait dans l\u2019id\u00e9e de revoir sa marque pour une utilisation physique et digitale au sens large (r\u00e9seaux sociaux, application, site internet\u2026). Il s\u2019est allou\u00e9 les services d\u2019une agence de communication lausannoise. Accompagn\u00e9 de ses chefs de production et de vente, du responsable administratif et de son p\u00e8re, il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs ateliers. Les premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments mis \u00e0 plat, les sp\u00e9cialistes en communication ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 deux pistes : une \u00e9volution assez forte de l\u2019identit\u00e9 visuelle dans la lign\u00e9e de ce qui s\u2019est fait jusqu\u2019alors, et une red\u00e9finition plus radicale \u00e0 partir d\u2019une feuille blanche.
