Mais elle a finalement tap\u00e9 dans le mille en trouvant sa vocation dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail en boulangerie-confiserie. Vanessa Arnold est une jeune professionnelle ambitieuse qui s&#8217;engage pour la rel\u00e8ve.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s deux stages dans des cr\u00e8ches \u00e0 St. Urban (LU) et Langenthal (BE), j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 18&nbsp;ans mon apprentissage de gestionnaire du commerce de d\u00e9tail CFC en boulangerie\/p\u00e2tisserie\/confiserie \u00e0 la Kaffeehalle de Soleure. A ce jour, je suis heureuse d&#8217;avoir entam\u00e9 ma formation un peu plus tard, car cela m\u2019a permis de gagner en maturit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00eatre plus s\u00fbre de moi que certains de mes camarades de l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle. J\u2019ai d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but \u00e9t\u00e9 curieuse d\u2019apprendre, je voulais \u00eatre une bonne apprentie, notamment parce que j&#8217;\u00e9tais la premi\u00e8re dans cette entreprise. J&#8217;ai pu acqu\u00e9rir beaucoup de connaissances professionnelles pendant mon apprentissage. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 supervis\u00e9e de pr\u00e8s d\u00e8s le premier jour, on m&#8217;a appris \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9cise et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter rigoureusement les marchandises. Ma formatrice \u00e9tant \u00e9galement experte aux examens, j\u2019ai beaucoup appris d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, comme demand\u00e9 au cours des trois ann\u00e9es d&#8217;apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-swissskills-une-fin-en-beaute\">SwissSkills \u2013 une fin en beaut\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019aurais d\u00fb passer l\u2019examen final en&nbsp;2020, mais le coronavirus en a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 autrement, et je n&#8217;ai donc pas eu d\u2019examen. Cela m&#8217;a d\u00e9rang\u00e9e pendant longtemps, car j&#8217;aurais aim\u00e9 avoir un vrai dipl\u00f4me \u2013 de m\u00eame que go\u00fbter au trac avant les examens et trembler dans l\u2019attente de conna\u00eetre ma note finale. J&#8217;ai donc \u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;autant plus heureuse lorsque j&#8217;ai re\u00e7u un appel fin juillet 2020 me demandant si j&#8217;avais envie de participer aux SwissSkills internes au secteur pr\u00e9vus en novembre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e \u00e0 Lucerne. Je me suis d&#8217;abord demand\u00e9e si cela ne serait pas trop pour moi qui venais de commencer ma maturit\u00e9 professionnelle. Mais apr\u00e8s br\u00e8ve r\u00e9flexion, j&#8217;ai accept\u00e9 de relever le d\u00e9fi et donc commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me pr\u00e9parer en vue des championnats des m\u00e9tiers. J\u2019ai pass\u00e9 des semaines \u00e0 tout planifier, \u00e0 entra\u00eener chaque mouvement et \u00e0 \u00e9laborer un concept, pour que tout se d\u00e9roule sans accroc le jour&nbsp;J. Durant cette p\u00e9riode, j&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 encadr\u00e9e par l&#8217;association, qui a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 mes c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 mes questions. En fin de compte, les SwissSkills m\u2019ont permis de finir en beaut\u00e9 ma formation, et de montrer que je faisais partie des meilleurs de Suisse dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie. Je garderai toujours dans mon c\u0153ur et ma m\u00e9moire les exp\u00e9riences et les impressions que j&#8217;ai pu recueillir \u00e0 cette occasion. Nous avons v\u00e9cu des moments intenses et sensationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Engagement pour la rel\u00e8ve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ma maturit\u00e9 professionnelle, j\u2019ai voulu acqu\u00e9rir de l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle et donc commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en 2021 \u00e0 la boulangerie Zulauf \u00e0 Roggwil (BE). C\u2019est une petite boulangerie rurale avec un caf\u00e9. On m\u2019y a confi\u00e9 davantage de responsabilit\u00e9s apr\u00e8s six mois seulement, j&#8217;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e adjointe de la propri\u00e9taire du magasin. A ce poste, j&#8217;ai pu mettre \u00e0 profit mes comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et m\u00e9thodologiques, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. J\u2019ai suivi le cours de formatrice avec une coll\u00e8gue de travail de la production. Je peux d\u00e8s lors former des apprentis, ce que j&#8217;aimerais faire \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir, en vue de transmettre ce que j&#8217;ai appris de ma formatrice pendant ma formation. Mon objectif est de faire en sorte que la p\u00e9riode de formation soit la plus agr\u00e9able et la plus fructueuse possible pour les apprentis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019automne&nbsp;2022, j&#8217;ai eu l&#8217;occasion de faire partie d&#8217;un jury dans le cadre duquel j&#8217;ai \u00e9valu\u00e9 des travaux d&#8217;apprentis de la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e. Des m\u00e9dailles leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remises pour les excellentes prestations fournies. J&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant de pouvoir \u00e9valuer moi-m\u00eame des travaux en exp\u00e9rimentant l\u2019envers du d\u00e9cor. En l\u2019espace de cinq ans, je suis pass\u00e9e du statut d&#8217;apprentie \u00e0 celui d&#8217;\u00e9valuatrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour un sourire sur les l\u00e8vres <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis novembre 2022, je travaille \u00e0 Rothrist (AG) dans la boulangerie W\u00e4lchli en tant que responsable de filiale. Les responsabilit\u00e9s impliquent des hauts et des bas, mais je pense que les d\u00e9fis sont n\u00e9cessaires pour travailler sur soi et progresser. J\u2019adore mon m\u00e9tier! Les jours se suivent et ne se ressemblent pas, il y a toujours quelque chose de nouveau \u00e0 faire. Je ne pourrais pas me passer du contact quotidien avec la client\u00e8le.
