{"id":55206,"date":"2023-01-12T10:45:15","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T09:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=55206"},"modified":"2023-01-24T10:44:36","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T09:44:36","slug":"les-voeux-du-president-romand","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/les-voeux-du-president-romand\/","title":{"rendered":"Les v\u0153ux du pr\u00e9sident romand"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ch\u00e8res et chers coll\u00e8gues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permettez-moi, en tant que pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association romande des artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs, de vous souhaiter mes meilleurs v\u0153ux pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2022 a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec l\u2019excellente nouvelle de la lev\u00e9e des mesures Covid en f\u00e9vrier, ce qui a apport\u00e9 un nouveau souffle \u00e0 tout le monde, y compris dans notre branche. Mais, le m\u00eame mois, la guerre en Ukraine a \u00e9clat\u00e9, avec bien entendu des cons\u00e9quences humanitaires terribles. Elle a \u00e9galement accentu\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019approvisionnement qui avaient d\u00e9but\u00e9 durant la pand\u00e9mie, impactant de nombreux secteurs, dont le n\u00f4tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi que nous nous retrouvons maintenant dans une situation d\u2019inflation qui rench\u00e9rit les co\u00fbts pour nos entreprises et nous pousse \u00e0 augmenter nos prix, \u00e0 contrec\u0153ur. Sans oublier la p\u00e9nurie d\u2019\u00e9nergie qui pourrait bien nous toucher cet hiver. M\u00eame si les ann\u00e9es de pand\u00e9mie semblent derri\u00e8re nous, nous constatons malheureusement que la situation reste incertaine pour d\u2019autres raisons, et que nous devons continuer \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis qui se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 nous. C\u2019est aussi l\u00e0 la force d\u2019\u00eatre artisans\u2009: faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, savoir se renouveler et surmonter les obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la beaut\u00e9 de notre m\u00e9tier, qu\u2019il est de notre devoir de transmettre \u00e0 la rel\u00e8ve, afin de faire perdurer nos savoir-faire artisanaux, face \u00e0 la concurrence toujours bien pr\u00e9sente. La qualit\u00e9 et le service sont nos forces, ce sont ces valeurs qu\u2019il faut inculquer \u00e0 tous nos apprentis. La formation est ainsi essentielle et doit constituer une part importante de nos efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains cantons choisissent d\u2019ailleurs de tester de nouvelles formules pour faire \u00e9voluer la formation. C\u2019est le cas par exemple du Valais, qui a introduit r\u00e9cemment un nouveau syst\u00e8me, avec une premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. Il est bien entendu encore trop t\u00f4t pour avoir le recul n\u00e9cessaire pour tirer des enseignements de cette m\u00e9thode, mais il sera sans nul doute tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant d\u2019observer ce qu\u2019elle peut apporter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour 2023, je vous souhaite, \u00e0 vous et \u00e0 vos familles, bonheur, succ\u00e8s, et surtout la sant\u00e9. \u00c0 nous de rester unis entre artisans et de se soutenir pour continuer de faire face aux difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es et en ressortir plus forts.
