La BCS recommande \u00e0 ses membres de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette invitation dans un d\u00e9lai fix\u00e9 \u00e0 fin janvier\u202f2023. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cas de d\u00e9claration dans les d\u00e9lais, les entreprises peuvent d\u00e9duire 3\u202f% de la somme des cotisations des travailleurs \u00e0 titre de commission pour leurs d\u00e9penses (cf. art. 41b bis al. 2 CCT).
