Laura Sch\u00fcrch \u00e9tait si \u00e9mue de voir sa formatrice r\u00e9compens\u00e9e qu\u2019elle a vers\u00e9 quelques larmes de joie sur la sc\u00e8ne. \u00ab Je n\u2019ai pas encore vraiment eu le temps de r\u00e9aliser, il s\u2019est pass\u00e9 tellement de choses que le quotidien a repris ses droits \u00bb, r\u00e9v\u00e8le Monika Stampfli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00c9LICITATIONS ET INT\u00c9R\u00caT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La soir\u00e9e de remise des prix est rest\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent le seul moment o\u00f9 la victoire a pu \u00eatre f\u00eat\u00e9e en compagnie de toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe, bien qu\u2019il se soit pass\u00e9 beaucoup de choses pour les deux femmes ce soir-l\u00e0 : la nouvelle Porteuse d\u2019avenir et son apprentie ont pos\u00e9 pour des photos et donn\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res interviews. \u00ab La soir\u00e9e s\u2019est prolong\u00e9e assez tard, c\u2019\u00e9tait un super \u00e9v\u00e9nement ! \u00bb, se souvient l\u2019apprentie de deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e.<br>Familles et amis ont d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris par cette victoire. Il faut dire qu\u2019aucun parmi eux n\u2019avait connaissance de cette distinction. \u00ab Bien entendu, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ravis lorsque nous leur avons expliqu\u00e9 \u00bb, a assur\u00e9 la gagnante 2022. Les fournisseurs, les \u00e9coles professionnelles ainsi que certains acteurs de la sc\u00e8ne gastronomique les ont f\u00e9licit\u00e9es pour le titre remport\u00e9. Les m\u00e9dias locaux ont \u00e9galement voulu en parler. \u00ab Nous sommes par exemple pass\u00e9es \u00e0 la radio, c\u2019\u00e9tait inattendu, mais cela nous a remplies de fiert\u00e9 \u00bb, raconte Laura Sch\u00fcrch. Une bonne occasion de faire de la publicit\u00e9 pour la branche et ses formations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-peut-etre-paris\">PEUT-\u00caTRE PARIS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus du titre de Porteuse d\u2019avenir 2022, les gagnantes ont pu se r\u00e9jouir d\u2019un prix de 6000 francs. A l\u2019heure actuelle, cette somme n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pens\u00e9e. \u00ab Nous n\u2019avons m\u00eame pas encore eu le temps d\u2019y penser concr\u00e8tement \u2026\u00bb. Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement accapar\u00e9es par la production de l\u2019assortiment de l\u2019Avent et de No\u00ebl, explique Monika Stampfli. L\u2019une des id\u00e9es est de passer quelques jours \u00e0 Paris avec les quatre apprentis et de s\u2019inspirer des p\u00e2tisseries locales. \u00ab J\u2019aimerais beaucoup pouvoir visiter une petite et une grande exploitation, ce serait passionnant \u00bb, raconte la future professionnelle de la branche.
