J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert cette boulangerie au moment de choisir une entreprise de formation, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon conseiller d&#8217;orientation professionnelle; j\u2019ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lui envoyer mon CV et attendu sa r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque cette derni\u00e8re m\u2019a r\u00e9pondu par courriel, nous avons convenu d&#8217;un rendez-vous pour un stage. Le jour venu, j&#8217;\u00e9tais tr\u00e8s excit\u00e9e et nerveuse, et en m\u00eame temps, tr\u00e8s curieuse et op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, je me suis sentie \u00e0 l&#8217;aise et entre de bonnes mains avec Lucia Dess\u00ec, ma formatrice. Lucia m&#8217;a soutenue \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole et au travail. Elle n&#8217;est pas seulement ma formatrice, elle est aussi une bonne amie qui m&#8217;explique patiemment et intelligiblement tout ce dont j&#8217;ai besoin pour r\u00e9ussir ma formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est Roberto Gatti, le propri\u00e9taire de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, qui m&#8217;a offert la chance de suivre cette formation. J&#8217;admire beaucoup Roberto pour son savoir-faire et sa passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Nous sommes une \u00e9quipe qui travaille avec passion et qui veut satisfaire sa client\u00e8le.<\/p><cite>Liliana Da Silva<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai choisi ce m\u00e9tier parce que je suis une personne timide et que j\u2019appr\u00e9cie d\u2019avoir un retour positif. Ce parcours m&#8217;a vraiment permis de me d\u00e9barrasser de ma timidit\u00e9 et de gagner en assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui me pla\u00eet particuli\u00e8rement dans ce m\u00e9tier, c&#8217;est d&#8217;arriver le matin, de m\u2019occuper des pr\u00e9paratifs pour le service, d&#8217;exposer en vitrine les produits de boulangerie que je dois vendre aux clients et clientes, de ranger et de maintenir la propret\u00e9 du magasin, de commander les marchandises et d&#8217;\u00eatre en contact avec la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je fr\u00e9quente \u00e9galement le Centro Professionale Commerciale (CPC) de Chiasso, l&#8217;\u00e9cole des employ\u00e9s du commerce de d\u00e9tail. On nous y enseigne tout ce que nous devons savoir pour devenir des vendeurs et vendeuses professionnels. En th\u00e9orie, on devrait \u00eatre en mesure de g\u00e9rer un point de vente de mani\u00e8re autonome apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu le certificat de capacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On nous explique par exemple comment calculer les prix, comment fixer le prix d&#8217;un produit donn\u00e9, quelles sont les r\u00e8gles de base pour s&#8217;adresser \u00e0 la client\u00e8le, comment organiser un commerce, comment am\u00e9nager une vitrine et comment cr\u00e9er des magasins d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience et des boutiques en ligne. Nous faisons aussi beaucoup de travaux de groupe pour nous habituer \u00e0 \u00eatre parmi les gens, et des pr\u00e9sentations orales pour \u00eatre autonomes face \u00e0 la client\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ma vie priv\u00e9e, le travail m&#8217;a beaucoup aid\u00e9e \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des situations difficiles et conflictuelles, tant sur le plan \u00e9conomique qu&#8217;\u00e9motionnel. Mon activit\u00e9 me donne beaucoup de motivation et de force. Je me r\u00e9veille chaque matin heureuse, car je sais que je vais faire ce qui me pla\u00eet et cela ne me p\u00e8se pas du tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je tire donc le meilleur parti de ces trois ann\u00e9es en travaillant dur \u2013 aussi dur que possible \u2013 pour rendre mes chefs et ma famille fiers de moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;aimerais dire \u00e0 tous les jeunes qui liront mon
