Cinq ans plus tard, au sortir d\u2019une pand\u00e9mie compliqu\u00e9e et en pleine crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, l\u2019entreprise est en croissance constante. Une nouvelle \u00e9tape vers un avenir prosp\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie cet automne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Situ\u00e9e pr\u00e8s du pont des Johannites \u00e0 B\u00e2le, la manufacture a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1753. Au fil des ann\u00e9es, l\u2019entreprise s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en tant que chocolatier et fabricant de leckerlis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nouveaux venus dans le secteur, Charlotte et Andreas Kuster ont repris l\u2019entreprise familiale traditionnelle il y a environ cinq ans. Dans les locaux de production, les jeunes gens ont d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment choisi de ne pas acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles machines pour investir dans les anciennes, traditionnelles. \u00ab\u2009Nous pouvons ainsi transmettre de mani\u00e8re optimale notre longue histoire\u2009\u00bb, explique Andreas Kuster pour justifier cette d\u00e9cision, lui qui fait visiter la manufacture \u00e0 quelque 2000 visiteurs par an. \u00ab\u2009Nous montrons de l\u2019artisanat pur, c\u2019est important pour nous.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est en plein confinement que Jakob\u2019s Basler Leckerly a ouvert sa premi\u00e8re filiale au Spalenberg, au c\u0153ur de la ville de B\u00e2le. \u00ab\u2009Cela nous a permis d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer notre croissance. Nous surfons avec succ\u00e8s sur la vague de l\u2019artisanat r\u00e9gional\u2009\u00bb, explique Charlotte Kuster avant d\u2019ajouter\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous avons eu un bon flair\u2009!\u2009\u00bb<br>Les investissements dans la publicit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9s durant la p\u00e9riode de coronavirus. Les efforts de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es portent leurs fruits\u2009: l\u2019entreprise est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mentionn\u00e9e positivement dans les m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but, une grande importance est accord\u00e9e \u00e0 un emballage haut de gamme et innovant. Cet engagement n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9 inaper\u00e7u. L\u2019entreprise a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9e pour la cr\u00e9ation de la bo\u00eete du \u00ab\u2009L\u00e4llek\u00f6nig\u2009\u00bb. Le site web a par ailleurs fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une refonte cet automne. La proc\u00e9dure de commande s\u2019en trouve simplifi\u00e9e, la promotion des produits se faisant d\u00e9sormais par le biais de photos gourmandes. La pr\u00e9sence sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux, qui g\u00e9n\u00e8rent une part importante du chiffre d\u2019affaires de la boutique en ligne, a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e, se r\u00e9jouit Andreas Kuster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une croissance massive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Succ\u00e8s \u00e9conomique oblige, le nombre d\u2019employ\u00e9s a augment\u00e9 au cours des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es\u2009: il a quadrupl\u00e9, passant \u00e0 environ 20 personnes. Il n\u2019est donc pas \u00e9tonnant que le personnel se soit retrouv\u00e9 de plus en plus \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9troit dans les locaux de production. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons connu une croissance massive\u2009\u00bb, constate Andreas Kuster avec le recul. \u00ab\u2009Nous devions cr\u00e9er plus d\u2019espace pour pouvoir continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper notre entreprise.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u00ab\u2009Nous voulons \u00eatre le principal fournisseur de leckerlispour une client\u00e8le haut de gamme.\u2009\u00bb<\/p><cite>Charlotte Kuster<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Un local avec une grande vitrine a pu \u00eatre lou\u00e9 pour l\u2019exp\u00e9dition dans le b\u00e2timent voisin. Un atelier d\u2019emballage de d\u00e9monstration avec de grandes fen\u00eatres donnant sur la rue a de plus \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert en vue d\u2019y pr\u00e9senter l\u2019artisanat pur. L\u2019am\u00e9nagement de style industriel traditionnel refl\u00e8te la tradition historique de l\u2019entreprise. \u00ab\u2009Nous travaillons \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du jour, c\u2019est lumineux\u2009\u00bb, se r\u00e9jouit une collaboratrice. Dernier exemple en date\u2009: le souhait de Julie, leur fille de cinq ans, de cr\u00e9er un leckerli rose a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s.
