Il m\u2019a permis aussi de solidifier l\u2019organisation au sein de mon \u00e9quipe de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelle chance ou quelle porte cette formation a ouvert dans votre entreprise\u2009?<\/strong><br>Je n\u2019avais pas besoin du brevet pour obtenir un poste de responsable de production, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que j\u2019occupais d\u00e9j\u00e0 ce poste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cela est-il une \u00e9tape dans un projet de carri\u00e8re\u2009?<\/strong><br>Depuis mon premier apprentissage, le brevet a \u00e9t\u00e9 un objectif. Donc je dirais plut\u00f4t un but que je voulais atteindre apr\u00e8s mes deux apprentissages (boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re confiseuse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durant la formation qu\u2019elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 le principal avantage et le principal d\u00e9fi que vous avez d\u00fb r\u00e9aliser\u2009?<\/strong><br>Pendant toute la formation, mon pourcentage et mon poste au sein de l\u2019entreprise n\u2019ont pas chang\u00e9. Accumuler un 100\u202f% en tant que responsable de production et faire le brevet en m\u00eame temps a \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand d\u00e9fi \u00e0 relever. Pourtant l\u2019avantage \u00e9tait aussi ce poste, j\u2019ai pu mettre en pratique toute la th\u00e9orie apprise en cours de gestion des collaborateurs. Je pense que \u00e7a a \u00e9t\u00e9 un plus pour ma formation et pour mon \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si vous deviez donner un conseil \u00e0 une ou un des candidats de la vol\u00e9e actuelle, lequel serait-il\u2009?<\/strong><br>La cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ussite, c\u2019est de savoir s\u2019entourer et d\u00e9l\u00e9guer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et pour les futurs candidats qui n\u2019ont pas encore franchi le pas, quels arguments pourriez-vous leur donner\u2009?<\/strong><br>De bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avant de se lancer dans le brevet. Ce n\u2019est clairement pas facile.
