Cultiv\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9gion p\u00e9ruvienne de <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/des-feves-blanches-en-guise-de-signature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Las Lomas<\/a>, ces cabosses ont la particularit\u00e9 de contenir certaines f\u00e8ves blanches. Le confiseur utilise d\u2019ailleurs exclusivement pour ses cr\u00e9ations une couverture \u00e9labor\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-caramel-cafe-et-chocolat\">Caramel, caf\u00e9 et chocolat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces nibs apportent au breuvage de \u00ab\u2009fines notes de caramel, de caf\u00e9 et de chocolat\u2009\u00bb, selon la description de Dario Eberle de la marque Valaisanne, qui ajoute. \u00ab\u2009Le go\u00fbt l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cr\u00e9meux est compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par une fine amertume. (\u2026) Cette bi\u00e8re en particulier convient tr\u00e8s bien pour les saisons plus froides.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La passion et l\u2019amour du d\u00e9tail du repr\u00e9sentant suisse aux World Chocolate Masters 2013 ont motiv\u00e9 le fabricant de bi\u00e8res \u00e0 collaborer avec lui. A l\u2019image des autres s\u00e9ries limit\u00e9es, Chocolate Stout est brass\u00e9e en petite quantit\u00e9. \u00ab\u2009Par cons\u00e9quent, il y en a tant qu\u2019il y en a\u2009\u00bb, sourit M.
