Elle a soudain \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la question de savoir si elle devait changer d&#8217;entreprise formatrice. Une d\u00e9cision qu&#8217;elle ne regrette pas et une situation qui lui a permis d&#8217;apprendre beaucoup sur elle-m\u00eame.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me r\u00e9jouissais de ma formation et j&#8217;\u00e9tais impatiente d&#8217;apprendre le m\u00e9tier de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse. Mais des probl\u00e8mes pesants sont rapidement apparus au sein de l\u2018entreprise formatrice. J&#8217;ai longtemps dout\u00e9 de moi, pensant que cela venait de moi, et donc essay\u00e9 de r\u00e9primer le mauvais pressentiment que j\u2019avais. Etant s\u00fbre d&#8217;avoir choisi le bon m\u00e9tier, j\u2019ai continu\u00e9 \u00e0 aller chaque jour au travail avec motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u00ab J&#8217;\u00e9tais s\u00fbr d&#8217;avoir choisi le bon m\u00e9tier \u00bb<\/p><cite>Anna-Lena Herger<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-grand-soutien\">Un grand soutien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La situation devenant plus en plus pesante, je me suis rendu compte que l&#8217;entreprise n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas faite pour moi, et envisag\u00e9 de changer d&#8217;entreprise. J\u2019ai d\u2019abord manqu\u00e9 de courage, mais en m\u00eame temps je savais que quelque chose devait changer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis confi\u00e9e \u00e0 mon enseignant, \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cole professionnelle, et lui ai demand\u00e9 s&#8217;il connaissait des boulangeries o\u00f9 je pourrais postuler. Sur ses recommandations, j\u2019ai alors commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 passer des coups de fil et obtenu une offre de stage apr\u00e8s quelques appels seulement. Un \u00e9norme soulagement pour moi! J&#8217;ai d&#8217;abord eu un long entretien d&#8217;embauche, lors duquel j&#8217;ai eu une bonne premi\u00e8re impression. J&#8217;ai ensuite pass\u00e9 quelques journ\u00e9es en stage au fournil, qui se sont sold\u00e9es par un nouveau contrat d&#8217;apprentissage. Pour ma plus grande joie! Mes parents ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s soulag\u00e9s de l\u2018apprendre, sachant que la situation leur pesait tout autant qu\u2019\u00e0 moi. Ils m&#8217;ont soutenue de leur mieux, et je leur en suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u00ab Mes parents ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s soulag\u00e9s de l\u2018apprendre \u00bb<\/p><cite>Anna-Lena Herger<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Croyez en vous!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mes d\u00e9buts dans la vie professionnelle n\u2019\u00e9tant pas faciles, il \u00e9tait d&#8217;autant plus important pour moi de trouver un \u00e9quilibre. J&#8217;ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s sportive, le sport est donc devenu mon exutoire. Mon objectif \u00e9tait de courir un semi-marathon, ce \u00e0 quoi je me suis d\u00e8s lors entra\u00een\u00e9e. Les entra\u00eenements m\u2019ont permis de me d\u00e9penser et de me sentir ensuite plus d\u00e9tendue. J&#8217;ai atteint mon objectif ce printemps: j&#8217;ai couru le semi-marathon d&#8217;Argovie et m\u00eame termin\u00e9 premi\u00e8re de ma cat\u00e9gorie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>\u00ab J&#8217;ai pu en tirer de nombreux d&#8217;enseignements, j\u2019ai notamment compris que je pouvais me d\u00e9fendre. \u00bb<\/p><cite>Anna-Lena Herger<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cette p\u00e9riode de ma vie a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile, mais j&#8217;ai pu en tirer de nombreux d&#8217;enseignements, j\u2019ai notamment compris que je pouvais me d\u00e9fendre.<br>Aujourd&#8217;hui, je suis tr\u00e8s heureuse et je me sens bien entour\u00e9e dans ma nouvelle entreprise d&#8217;apprentissage. C\u2019est \u00e0 nouveau avec le sourire que je vais travailler tous les jours pour donner chaque jour le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame. Aux autres apprentis qui se trouvent dans une situation similaire, j&#8217;aimerais donner le conseil de ne jamais perdre courage, m\u00eame si le chemin vers un changement r\u00e9ussi est parsem\u00e9 d\u2019emb\u00fbches.
