Deux nouveaux membres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lus au comit\u00e9 : Fiona Weber-Lehmann et Matthias St\u00e4helin.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de son allocution \u00e0 la BCF-Arena de Fribourg, le pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des meuniers suisses (FMS), Thomas Helbling, a constat\u00e9 que le grand public avait peu pr\u00eat\u00e9 attention au secteur, repr\u00e9sentant classique du premier \u00e9chelon de transformation, au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie marqu\u00e9e par la mondialisation. \u00abLa pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus \u00e0 laquelle nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s pratiquement du jour au lendemain ainsi que l\u2019invasion tout aussi inattendue de l\u2019Ukraine par la Russie ont mis fin \u00e0 ce manque de consid\u00e9ration. Ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9clencheurs sont \u00e9videmment tristes, mais ils ont montr\u00e9 l\u2019importance et la valeur de notre branche \u00e0 la population suisse.\u00bb M. Helbling a estim\u00e9 que cette derni\u00e8re revenait \u00e0 des valeurs qui jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la meunerie suisse et que les entreprises membres de la FMS respectent: artisanat, proximit\u00e9 tant avec le producteur qu\u2019avec le client et les consommateurs, provenance r\u00e9gionale et transformation de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;assembl\u00e9e a \u00e9lu deux membres au comit\u00e9 : Matthias Staehelin (Swissmill), qui succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Romeo Sciaranetti (Swissmill), et Fiona Weber-Lehmann (Alb. En m\u00eame temps, les prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res dus \u00e0 la guerre nous donnent du fil \u00e0 retordre. Que ce soit pour les engrais, le gluten sec et autres&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident. La situation est encore pire en ce qui concerne les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Toutefois, il a aussi not\u00e9 des points positifs. Il a ainsi mentionn\u00e9 le membre Zwicky AG \u00e0 M\u00fcllheim-Wigoltingen (TG) qui, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une nouvelle installation photovolta\u00efque sur les murs du silo, produit 14% de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie totale n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&#8217;entreprise. Il a ajout\u00e9 que de nombreux membres avaient mont\u00e9 des installations photovolta\u00efques similaires, \u00ab&nbsp;ce qui t\u00e9moigne de la force d&#8217;innovation de notre industrie&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019\u00e9volution de l&#8217;agriculture suisse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la partie officielle de la manifestation, Peter Moser est revenu sur les 150 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de l&#8217;agriculture suisse. L\u2019expos\u00e9 au directeur des archives de l&#8217;histoire agricole a montr\u00e9 que cette \u00e9volution se divis\u00e9e en trois p\u00e9riodes : De 1870 \u00e0 1914, les paysans suisses se sont orient\u00e9s, dans le cadre d&#8217;une mondialisation \u00e9conomique, loin de la culture des champs vers une production presque exclusivement fourrag\u00e8re ou vers l&#8217;\u00e9levage de b\u00e9tail et la production de fromage. Il fallait par exemple importer des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales de l&#8217;\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre les deux guerres mondiales, on s&#8217;est en revanche efforc\u00e9 de diversifier la production alimentaire en cultivant et en \u00e9levant du b\u00e9tail dans le pays m\u00eame, dans le but d&#8217;assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 1950 environ, la motorisation et la \u00ab&nbsp;chimisation&nbsp;\u00bb de l&#8217;agriculture ont permis une forte augmentation des rendements, tandis que de moins en moins d&#8217;animaux et d&#8217;hommes \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires comme main-d&#8217;\u0153uvre dans l&#8217;agriculture. M. Moser a en outre fait remarquer que la \u00ab&nbsp;question alimentaire&nbsp;\u00bb n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solue que d\u00e8s de cette p\u00e9riode.
