Ils ont notamment admir\u00e9 artisans et apprentis \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre au P\u00e9ristyle de l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La passerelle de l\u2019Utopie, des bateaux \u00ab\u2009Belle Epoque\u2009\u00bb, les cabanons du port, les fonds du lac et autres cr\u00e9atures aquatiques\u2026 L\u2019univers \u00ab\u2009Neuch\u00e2tel, ville lacustre\u2009\u00bb a largement inspir\u00e9 les artisans chocolatiers et les jeunes en formation. Ils ont expos\u00e9 leurs \u0153uvres \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res dans l\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville de Neuch\u00e2tel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-apprentis-primes\">Apprentis prim\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vingt-huit apprentis du Centre professionnel du Littoral neuch\u00e2telois ont concouru en exposant leurs pi\u00e8ces mont\u00e9es, aupr\u00e8s de leurs pairs, mais aussi aupr\u00e8s du public. Oc\u00e9ane Tendon (3e, PC, Au C\u0153ur de France, La Chaux-de-Fonds), Ma\u00ebl Parrat (3e, BP, Conrad SA, Le Landeron) et Diego Cayrol (GCD, Tarterie du Littoral, Serri\u00e8res) ont d\u00e9croch\u00e9 une m\u00e9daille d\u2019or pour leur r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Je suis tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re de voir que Neuch\u00e2tel confirme son titre de capitale du chocolat. La population a toujours autant de plaisir \u00e0 venir d\u00e9couvrir et admirer ces professionnels et ces jeunes qui prennent la voie de l\u2019artisanat et des produits du terroir (\u2026) \u00bb, a relev\u00e9 la conseill\u00e8re communale Violaine Bl\u00e9try-de-Montmollin, responsable de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et du tourisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exp\u00e9riences chocolat\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9monstration de \u00ab\u2009latte art\u2009\u00bb, croisi\u00e8re chocolat\u00e9e sur le lac, atelier sur l\u2019odorat et les saveurs au Jardin botanique ou encore visite du patrimoine Suchard, il y en a eu pour tous les go\u00fbts et tous les \u00e2ges.<br>Il est possible d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir chez les confiseurs partenaires, les trois plaques Chocolatissimo 2022\u202f: lait banane-fenouil, blanc fruits rouges-pavot et noir pistache-feuilletine.
