Le p\u00e2tissier Abraham Balaguer, \u00e2g\u00e9 de 40 ans, y repr\u00e9sentera la Suisse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la suite des qualifications lors desquelles se sont affront\u00e9s des candidats du monde entier, 18 finalistes se rendront aux World Chocolate Masters (WCM) de Paris pour y repr\u00e9senter la Belgique, le Canada, la Chine, la Cor\u00e9e, les Emirats arabes unis, l\u2019Espagne, les Etats-Unis, la Finlande, la France, la Grande-Bretagne, la Gr\u00e8ce, la Hongrie, l\u2019Italie, le Japon, le Maroc, la Pologne, les Pays-Bas et la Suisse. Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 brief\u00e9s lors du \u00ab\u2009boot camp\u2009\u00bb d\u2019avril. Des ateliers leur ont permis de se perfectionner dans la p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 base de plantes et dans le food pairing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UN VAUDOIS REPR\u00c9SENTE LA SUISSE<br>Le p\u00e2tissier espagnol Abraham Balaguer repr\u00e9sentera la Suisse lors de la finale des WCM \u00e0 Paris. Il d\u00e9fendra le titre de champion du monde. Elias L\u00e4derach (L\u00e4derach Ennenda) a remport\u00e9 le titre tant convoit\u00e9 en 2018. M.\u202fBalaguer a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 Barcelone (E) et particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des concours nationaux et internationaux.
