Il y a celui qui se prend en courant, sur le pouce et autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais revenons \u00e0 nos moutons pour parler de l\u2019essentiel ce petit d\u00e9jeuner. Il y a celui de tous les jours, celui du samedi et celui du dimanche qui permet de mettre encore plus de saveurs et de couleurs dans notre petit d\u00e9jeuner. Il y a celui frugal, simple, complet ou royal, mais l\u2019essentiel et de mettre nos produits rois au centre, notre pain, les viennoiseries et autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se rappeler des d\u00e9jeuners de notre enfance, c\u2019est se rem\u00e9morer les grandes tranches de pain garnies de beurre et agr\u00e9ment\u00e9es de confitures diverses ou de miel. Puis penser \u00e0 ceux de nos passages sous les drapeaux faits parfois de pain atomique comme ils disaient ou surtout de pain bis, de fromage, de beurre et de confiture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais que dire des d\u00e9jeuners de ce temps actuel, qu\u2019il est trop souvent fait de produits pr\u00e9cuits, de brioches ou autres de la grande distribution bourr\u00e9s d\u2019additifs n\u00e9fastes pour l\u2019organisme. Alors, reprenons notre r\u00f4le pour permettre aux uns et aux autres d\u2019avoir un petit d\u00e9jeuner sain, avec des pains vari\u00e9s et multiples, des viennoiseries succulentes, des confitures maison faites par nos soins et j\u2019en passe. Faisons que le d\u00e9jeuner soit aussi un \u00e9quilibre pour grands et petits, il en va de notre responsabilit\u00e9. Faisons aussi que le d\u00e9jeuner soit une f\u00eate, celle de la diversit\u00e9 et du go\u00fbt. Diversit\u00e9 mot-cl\u00e9 avec des pains de diff\u00e9rentes compositions, des tresses, des brioches, n\u2019oublions pas croissants et petits pains, ballons, ou produits avec des fruits et pourquoi pas avec du jambon ou autres compositions carn\u00e9es.
