Elle doit permettre de d\u00e9terminer si les personnes en formation disposent des comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9finies \u00e0 la fin de leur formation. Alors que la PdQ est termin\u00e9e en quelques heures pour les candidates et candidats, la r\u00e9daction des examens finaux demande beaucoup de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS ) collabore depuis plus de 15 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec le Centre suisse de services Formation professionnelle | orientation professionnelle, universitaire et de carri\u00e8re (CSFO ) pour l\u2019examen des connaissances professionnelles ; la partie scolaire de l\u2019examen final. La BCS d\u00e9finit les groupes d\u2019auteurs ; un m\u00e9lange \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 d\u2019experts aux examens, d\u2019enseignants d\u2019\u00e9coles professionnelles et de personnes issues de la pratique professionnelle. Les auteurs de toutes les r\u00e9gions de Suisse fournissent les contenus d\u2019examen sp\u00e9cifiques au secteur.
