Vera Stocker (boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie) \u00e9tait en lice lundi et mardi, Juliana Th\u00f6ny (p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie) l\u2019\u00e9tant vendredi et samedi. Les r\u00e9sultats seront annonc\u00e9s dimanche soir. La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des prix sera retransmise en direct.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les WorldSkills d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s ont enfin pu d\u00e9marrer d\u00e9but octobre. Les Mondiaux des m\u00e9tiers se d\u00e9roulent \u00e0 domicile pour 13 des 37 Suisses et Suissesses, dont Juliana Th\u00f6ny en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et Vera Stocker en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, pouvant disputer leur concours \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole professionnelle Richemont de Lucerne. La petite mais belle c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d\u2019ouverture a eu lieu le dimanche 9 octobre pour le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie. La comp\u00e9tition a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le lundi 10 octobre dernier pour les 29 candidats et candidates (15 en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et 14 en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-entrainement-mental-important\">UN ENTRA\u00ceNEMENT MENTAL IMPORTANT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les choses s\u00e9rieuses ont commenc\u00e9 d\u00e8s lundi et mardi pour Vera Stocker cette derni\u00e8re s\u2019\u00e9tant lanc\u00e9e dans le groupe comprenant l\u2019Espagne, la Finlande, la France et le Kazakhstan. La comp\u00e9tition a mal d\u00e9but\u00e9 pour elle. \u00ab Il s\u2019est pass\u00e9 quelque chose de grave, et j\u2019\u00e9tais vraiment d\u00e9vast\u00e9e \u00bb, a-t-elle expliqu\u00e9 en interview avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de tournage de SwissSkills. \u00ab Mon entra\u00eenement mental m\u2019a permis de me reprendre pendant la pause de midi. \u00bb \u00c0 la fin de la comp\u00e9tition, c\u2019est une Vera Stocker radieuse et<br>soulag\u00e9e qui a quitt\u00e9 l\u2019espace de production. La magnifique pi\u00e8ce d\u2019exposition sur le th\u00e8me de la \u00ab Saint-Valentin \u00bb a suscit\u00e9 beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9motion sur le site. \u00ab La passion du m\u00e9tier \u00bb, a-t-on entendu dans le public. Sonja Durrer, championne du monde en titre de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019embrasser et \u00e0 la f\u00e9liciter. C\u2019est vendredi et samedi qu\u2019elle va devoir se battre pour l\u2019honneur et la gloire dans le groupe comprenant des participants d\u2019Afrique du Sud, de Cor\u00e9e, de Hong Kong et d\u2019Inde. Un programme d\u2019occupation \u00e9tant pr\u00e9vu pour les candidats et candidates pas encore en lice, Juliana Th\u00f6ny a visit\u00e9 la production de la Confiserie Speck \u00e0 Zoug et le chocolatier Aeschbach \u00e0 Root (LU) pendant ses jours de cong\u00e9. Elle a fait des rencontres passionnantes avec les participants et participantes internationaux. Le ruban autour de son cou est rempli de pins, de pratiquement tous les pays participants. En raison des contraintes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, les organisateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contraints d\u2019annuler fin mai les championnats du monde des m\u00e9tiers. Cette annulation, qui avait laiss\u00e9 un go\u00fbt amer dans la bouche des 37 membres du SwissSkills National Team a retrouv\u00e9 un go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieusement sucr\u00e9 : une  version d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e intitul\u00e9e \u00ab WorldSkills Competition 2022 Special Edition \u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e de toutes pi\u00e8ces en un temps record. La Suisse s\u2019est vu attribuer le plus grand contingent puisqu\u2019elle organise 13 championnats sur 60.
