{"id":50638,"date":"2022-10-05T16:01:56","date_gmt":"2022-10-05T14:01:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=50638"},"modified":"2022-10-06T14:38:23","modified_gmt":"2022-10-06T12:38:23","slug":"lutte-contre-le-gaspillage-alimentaire-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/lutte-contre-le-gaspillage-alimentaire-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>L\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) a sign\u00e9 l\u2019accord intersectoriel sur la r\u00e9duction des pertes alimentaires. <\/strong><strong>Avec le plan&nbsp;d&#8217;action contre le gaspillage alimentaire, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire de&nbsp;moiti\u00e9 les pertes alimentaires \u00e9vitables d&#8217;ici 2030 par rapport au niveau 2017<\/strong><strong>. Quelque 30&nbsp;entreprises et organisations participent audit plan.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plan se d\u00e9roulera en deux phases, de 2022 \u00e0 2025 et de 2026 \u00e0 2030. La&nbsp;premi\u00e8re phase (2022 \u00e0 2025) comprend sept mesures prises par le secteur&nbsp;\u00e9conomique concern\u00e9, sous sa propre responsabilit\u00e9, cinq mesures prises par les&nbsp;pouvoirs publics et deux mesures concernant l&#8217;information et la formation. En 2025, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration publiera&nbsp;des donn\u00e9es actualis\u00e9es sur les pertes alimentaires \u00e0 tous les \u00e9chelons des&nbsp;cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement et de cr\u00e9ation de valeur (agriculture, industrie de&nbsp;transformation, commerce, restauration et m\u00e9nages) et analysera si les mesures&nbsp;du plan d\u2019action sont suffisantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-boulangeries-confiseries-engagees\"><strong>Des boulangeries-confiseries engag\u00e9es <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLa BCS a depuis longtemps d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la guerre au gaspillage alimentaire\u00bb, selon le directeur de l\u2019association Urs Wellauer-Boschung, qui cite en exemple les vid\u00e9os de recettes et <a href=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/consommateur\/food-save\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les diff\u00e9rents articles sur le sujet publi\u00e9s par le pass\u00e9<\/a>: \u00abNous avons ainsi voulu motiver les consommateurs et consommatrices \u00e0 transformer les restes de pain en de nouveaux plats savoureux.\u00bb\u00a0Plus d&#8217;un tiers des membres de la BCS participent en outre \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/toogoodtogo.ch\/fr-ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">To Good To Go<\/a>, d\u2019autres ayant opt\u00e9 pour d\u2019autres solutions, qui leur sont parfois propres, ou collaborant avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aess-bar.ch\/index.php?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00c4ss-Bar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des \u00e9missions <\/strong><strong>de CO2<\/strong><strong> inutiles<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si des aliments ne sont pas consomm\u00e9s, leur&nbsp;production aura g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 des \u00e9missions de CO2, contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la perte de&nbsp;biodiversit\u00e9 et utilis\u00e9 les sols et les eaux en vain. Les pertes alimentaires&nbsp;\u00e9vitables repr\u00e9sentent 25&nbsp;% de l&#8217;impact environnemental d\u00fb \u00e0&nbsp;l&#8217;alimentation en Suisse, ce qui correspond \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de l&#8217;impact&nbsp;environnemental caus\u00e9 par le trafic individuel motoris\u00e9 du pays, \u00e9crit l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019environnement (OFEV) sur son site internet. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>BCS<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bafu.admin.ch\/bafu\/fr\/home\/themes\/dechets\/guide-des-dechets-a-z\/biodechets\/types-de-dechets\/dechets-alimentaires.html\">Pour plus d\u2019informations<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) a sign\u00e9 l\u2019accord intersectoriel sur la r\u00e9duction des pertes alimentaires.
